Although my review is very late, this location was amazing to work with in October 2023. We had a small destination wedding in Palm Springs and wanted to have a tiered cake as well as buntinis for our day. This location was so so kind and helpful, customer service was seriously incredible. We discussed everything over the phone prior and once we arrived in Palm Springs all we had to do was drop off our cake decor and we picked up our wedding cake the very next day. The cake turned out better than I could have imagined. We LOVE nothing bundt cakes so having this opportunity at our wedding was a no brainer. We were able to get a variety of flavors and every single thing tasted fresh and yummy. We can't thank you guys enough!!

Used to enjoy my birthday cake every year from this location, lazy and rude staff have ruined the experience for me. Very unfortunate as this used to be a fave spot in the desert for myself and many included. Not anymore, not worth the price for the bad attitudes and filthy floors.

These Bundt cakes are amazing!!!Super moist and full of mouthwatering flavor. I had a Bundtlet which is a mini cake for one or two people. I chose the lemon raspberry seasonal flavor, because you can only get this flavor a couple of months out of the year. It's really cute inside as well. I will post some pictures. Definitely have one of there Bundt Cakes for a party!!!

Great Bundt cakes.Very delicious!Everyone should get Nothing Bundt cakes for their birthdays.It’s cool,you can choose your favorite flavor and decor,You can choose the theme,candles, balloons and cake stands are available for purchase.Honestly, they are so unique.Personally, I always give to my family and friends as a birthday gift.Highly suggest it!

Wow. Was in the area for a few days and didn’t know they weren’t open on Sunday’s. We walked up and realized the door was locked. However, the lovely owner still went out of her way to get us some small bun cakes from the back. Could not be more grateful and impressed by the friendly and fantastic customers service! And they tasted like heaven on a spoon. Thank you.

I was visiting in Rancho Mirage California and went to this Palm Desert Bundt cake location on Saturday, March 18, 2023. Extremely disappointed. Poorly managed. I was visiting from Illinois and went in to purchase either an 8 or 10 inch cake. We were waited on by a young man who was coughing and constantly brushing his hair off his face. He should have been wearing a mask. He said a chocolate chocolate chip cake was available. He told me to have it decorated it would be anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. We then asked if we could just purchase the cake and decorations and do it ourselves to avoid the wait. He asked someone in the back and they replied yes.He comes out with the cake wrapped in Saran Wrap and I said I didn’t want plastic wrap on a cake. I wanted the cake in the usual cellophane wrapper or a box. The woman next to him, replied that will be an hour wait. I replied just for a box or cellophane, she replied Yes.With that I left the store. Stay away from this place. I am a frequent customer of several nothing Bundt cakes in Illinois and Indiana and was NEVER given a cake wrapped in plastic wrap. The young man should have been wearing gloves, a hat, or have his hair pulled back, plus a mask.A one hour wait to have cake put in a box, is absurd.Corporate needs to check on this store. Don’t waste your money at this location.

What's not to love?? Yummy delish consistent. Lemon are my favorite ones!! Love that you can order different sizes and even though they're technically a chain or franchise the quality is consistent between locations in any state!

I bought one and just for writing or to put happy birthday they want it to charged me $10. I got the candles and the happy birthday sign in another store for cheaper and great price.

What an amazing place this is!!! Love to buy an assortment for a party! My guests always like to cut them and taste each flavor! I also appreciate how much they do for the community! The most active in charity events and donations than I have ever seen!!! Love the owner!!!
