Rude employees. I was carrying a heavy delivery bag and tried to place the items over the side counter and the employee literally screamed at me. I didn't even get a "thank you" for delivering the products, Delivery drivers are treated as subhuman by them. Terrible experience.

I usually order via the mobile app for pickup and it's always ready on time. It really pays to have the app since you never have to deal with lines and you can get in and out quickly. And, you earn stars on all your purchases, so if you visit frequently, it means free coffee from time to time.Quality is always great and consistent. The staff are friendly and kind. Out of the hundreds of times I've ordered here, my drink has never been made wrong (and I get a lot of customizations). So kudos to them! They're great and I keep coming back.

The worst service of any Starbucks in all the years I've been a customer. Yo pay this much for a coffee drink and be treated so badly, wait so long is ridiculous if not abusive. Way too crowded during season to patronize. Such poor management that the number of employees dies not create better service but perhaps improve their interpersonal conversations instead.

just went to get a coffee before a long night ahead of work, and the workers have closed the doors 30 minutes early while it states open till 9:00pm. The workers are inside and saw me at the door yet completely disregard me. Disappointed.

Nice little location with no drive thru but they do have outdoor seating. The service was excellent and speedy. I recommend stopping in if you are looking for a break in your day.
