Gentlemen at the register messed up all three drinks he may have been new but I repeated each drink size and whether it was hot or cold. Also needs to work on being personable I was a Barista for 8 years loved working at Starbucks being friendly and communicating with my customers I didn't get that at all here. Less speed more personal experience I wasn't in a rush .

The barista lyanna was being very rude. We ask for our order and she was giving a lot of attitude, ask a question she walked away Like if you don’t like your job then leave; don’t take it out on customers who didn’t do anything.

Hope they can clean the dust and dog hairs in the place. If you are allergic then avoid at all costs. It needs a deep clean. Wet wipe. Plus I have no idea why they can not vacuum crumbs/dust instead of sweeping dust onto customers and into the air creating a mist through the sunrays. Staff are nice. Perhaps clean the stores floor after hours?

This Starbucks has the worst customer service as whenever you order a drink they always give you something you did not order and you have to go back and get what you actually ordered. Aileen is good at giving the wrong drink. Listen to your customer don't assume cause we know what happens when you assume!
