The food was excellent, and the service was swift and polite. We will certainly return, and I will enthusiastically recommend this restaurant to all of my mates!

I am an executive for an anchor store in the mall and new at this location. When I got here everybody told me don't go to Subway in the mall to eat because everyone that works there is rude. I thought it was an exaggeration I really like to eat at Subway so I have come several times since I started to give them a chance. Unfortunately the rumors are true. I have never seen an employee smile or say hi and I've been 5 times in the last month. Literally I've walked up to the counter to order and the person doesn't say hi they just stare at you. It's very uncomfortable. Honestly I don't expect a high level of service here but it's so uncomfortable to eat here I won't be trying again.

Should have stick to pandas. Came here was told no jalapeí±o. Ok that's fine I'm pregnant spicy give me the heartburn so that's ok. They were training the new girl and I'll give her credit and only her cause she was trying. Her trainer on the other hand why train when you can't even teach someone the proper flow. Look I'm very picky especially since I used to work at subway back in high school so I know my f****** sandwich and I know how things are supposed to flow. I'm pissed off that when I order a toasted sandwich my pregnant a** is waiting at the register to pay for my wrapped food because you (trainer lady) think it was a good idea to help the next f****** person. Im standing here looking at the 3 employee making other people sandwich. While my wrapped sandwich and drink is on the counter. Thanks a lot for my cold sandwich.

Do disappointing with my tuna sandwich old vegetables !!
Just went this location of Subway yesterday afternoon,3:42pm with a direct mail coupon in my mailbox of $5.99 footlong. Upon ordering, I questioned to one of the Hispanic clark that I can use this $5.99 coupon for all of the menu listed on the board including Tuna BLT Sandwich, and she said "YES!" So I ordered the one with Jalapeí±o pepper bread. She put a couple scoops of tuna and some bacon on bread, then she put it on the toaster, ( I did not ask, because lukewarm temperature creates more bacteria on foods especially on mayonnaise based food, unless you cook it for 5-10 minutes in 160 degree F. ) She heat it about 2 minutes then, put all the veggies that I requested. At the end, she punched in the price of the item, and coupon discount coupon on the system, then it came out over $8 ! I kept asking why it is supposed to be $5.99 +tax, and now it jumped up to over $8? She kept saying " bacons is the extra charge of $1.50 !" OMG!!! What is the purpose of using this coupon, and I kept asking for sure that I can use my coupon for $5.99 with the particular item!? Does she understand what I say, and isn't it just a malpractice that they just manipulate customers? I had to argue with her about five minutes, but finally, the other lady intervene with us, talked to her something in Spanish, corrected the amount of cashier machine finally! They never say anything about it, nor apologize for their behavior as if I were someone bothering. I am local here now, and I do not understand their business practice, and their attitude. HORRIBLE!!! No wonder why Subway is on the downhill... The toilet was not equipped with the toilet cover sheet, so I HAD TO CLEAN WITH THE SOAP before sitting down on it. I used to go to Subways once a week when I was in LA, but I doubt it now.

So I've been to this location a few times in the past, and it was fine...didn't notice anything really good or bad about it. Today I went back to this location and I think they must of done some renovations. The entire place was super clean and looking great. The food/sandwich area was organized/ clean and I think they redid some stuff ( the little holes where the pickles,olives etc go looked different in a good way) and the bathroom was spotless. Shocking right? Can't seem to ever find clean restrooms nowadays!
