If you want someone making your sandwich with an attitude definitely come here. Hispanic red head named kris snarked about me to her employee Leo in front of me without shame. I asked her to put chipotle Mayo and she put Mayo, no biggie, she proceeds to scrape off the Mayo and place it onto the rolling paper the sandwich is on. I thought to myself ok she's gonna put the sandwich onto a new rolling paper, she continues to try and roll the sandwich up before I caught her and told her that I wanted it on a new piece of paper. What's the point of scraping off the ingredient if your just going to roll the outside of the sandwich with it, smh logic is not her strong suit. After I told her she looks at Her employee Leo and smirks like I asked her to do the impossible. I could hear her whispering to him in Spanish, here's the thing I'm Hispanic too! This spot used to be good and now with its nothing but sigh and attitude from is employees. Making sandwiches is not rocket science. The environment is unfriendly, needs major customer service work.

First, they added so many restrictions to their coupons there was nothing left to order. Then, for 2 years they have been honoring all coupons even expired ones since they are the same every week and didn't tell me till I was already ready to pay. They didn't even have it posted or willing to help in any way it was pretty much too bad!! I'll never go to this location again.

i ordered online a veggie patty wrap with everything and i got no veggie patty i was very disappointed with my food ,the employee didn't think to double check on the order that she was making i think she needs EXTRA work on making sure the order is correct but i will not be ordering here again .

The food quality a JM is very good. Everything is always fresh, and the employees are always friendly. The only issue I have ever had with JM is the prices. They offer a "Mini" sandwich which is small. It will set you back $7.15 at this location (prices vary by location). I know they have large labor costs, but they don't really seem to offer many daily specials here (like that other Huge chain) that has improved in the last 2 years. I feel the best deal here is the giant sandwich for under $17.00. Enough to share. Either way, great employees, and great tasting sandwiches.

I ordered a breakfast flatbread, and was charged 25% more than the advertised price on the menu board. I asked the employee about the discrepancy, and he said that they probably just didn't update the menu board when they raised prices. He didn't seem to think that false advertising like this was a problem, nor did he offer to point it out to management so they could update the price board. The mediocre food was not worth the high price, and I will not support a business that finds it okay to use deceptive business practices like this.

I called and orderd 2 party plates for a birthday party for the 14th and the person taking my order seemed like she didn't give a crap about what I wanted. I got no cheese nor did I get any vinegar oil on the side I asked for! If I orderd a bmt why would you leave that out. Get it together! Your job isn't that hard.
