I had driven quite a ways on a whim. Ordered a hamburger and an Ahi sandwich with a side of onion rings and a large strawberry lemonade. Made it home to find out I paid and didn't receive my onion rings. Really was a bummer to me because I was craving some onion rings. It was literally at the end of the evening and should have called the next day, but honestly, I wasn't going to drive over 35 miles to receive my $4.00 back. Now that I am writing this. I may give them a call tomorrow and see how they may compensate a loyal Gaucho'

Served me a burned burger when I brought it up to the manager he didn't offer to credit me in any way. He took the tray and threw it out. No im sorry no offer to make it better. The staff was unfriendly and awful those kids looked like they had been up all weekend and didn't want to deal with anyone. This location. Used to be great and I will not return there again. Bub bye !

This review is specifically for Dejuan. We showed up on a Sunday evening and this man was still on his A-game. Polite, helpful and confident. It takes a lot to make it to really care about fulfilling fast food orders at the very end of the weekend. Dejuan, if you put that same energy toward the rest of your life you're going to go really far. I hope I spelled your name correctly.

I recently picked up a $30 order from Habit, and it was a major letdown. Despite paying extra for ranch, it was missing from the bag. To add to the disappointment, my club sandwich resembled a puzzle with how the chicken was put together and an overwhelming amount of mayo. Sadly, this isn't the first time they've botched my to-go orders. It's become a consistent waste of money for soggy, incorrectly made sandwiches. To top it off, they even forgot the bacon on my order, and the avocado was disappointingly brown. It seems like quality control is seriously lacking with each visit, making it increasingly frustrating and not worth the expense.

Again, special order to cook the hamburger meat "well" was ignored. This has happened more than a few times! Apparently the cook doesn't know how to follow directions again... In addition, I gave a staff tip of $5.98. Order was a to go, so I didn't find out the burger was not cooked properly- meat was pink in color! I do not recommend eating at this location. Management needs to provide proper training and should have a standard procedure for the cooks. Recommend auditing the cooks work. The entire meal was not worth $35.90

My favorite is the Impossible Burger with avocado.Order your fries with no salt, extra crispy. Then have em with a side of ranch dressing. DELICIOUS!

The only reason I'm giving this place a star is because 0 is not an option. The food was great as always but today was a huge ordeal. We waited a little longer than usual which is understandable because it was SO packed. But the experience today made me lose my appetite. We literally saw the managers yelling at the cooks from where we were sitting. It was awful, there was so much pressure on them meanwhile the managers sat on their hynies demanding them to meet their unrealistic standards. If there's anything I learned from working in the restaurant industry, this definitely is a toxic environment and I hope they reflect on their actions and how their own customers had to witness such abuse.

This hamburger place is terrible I gone 2times and they always make the order so wrong there french fries are salter than the Salton Sea they put tons of onions in your hamburger when you tell them no onions it's like they have a sale on onions. They got it they want to get rid of their onions to get new onions this restaurant I do not recommend it to no one it's terrible. It's shitty and the cashiers they get your order all wrong.

I hadn't been here for a while. The food is still of very good quality! For hamburgers, this place is definitely my mom's and my favorite to be here. Usually, they hire a lot of young people, and I have always felt the feeling of those who take the order at the register when they are not comfortable working. when you order your hamburger with their respective topics... they make a disgusted face and take the wrong order... but on this occasion, I think that this establishment has the great fortune to have hired this employee... DANIEL is one of the best employees who has not. I have seen it in a long time... I am a waiter in fine restaurants and as such customer service has to be the best... Well, DANIEL makes you feel that experience... very attentive, helpful, and with a welcoming attitude... yes, I should give the place 5 stars... I give it 5 stars for DANIEL's service and spectacular attitude!!
