Sadly this is the last time I come to the habit. They have new ordering kiosk and are forcing their customers to use them despite the customers not wanting to use them. Then the kiosk asked if I wanted to leave a tip! Who's the tip going to? When I asked to place my order with someone the drive thru guy told me to use the kiosk because they didn't have a register open. I know it's not the employees who come up with these protocols, nothing against them, they are doing what they are told.
