Drove here to get a vanilla frosty, wasn't in stock. Understandable, but the drive through worker kept rushing us to make a decision and we decided not to order anything. While we were behind the person in front she leaned to the side and stared us down and even shook her head at us, making us incredibly uncomfortable.

Wendy's prices are now ridiculous, quality totally missing. I ordered what used to be my favorite...a Dave's double. What I got for $12.79 was two dry, bland patties that must have been kept in a holding oven for god knows how long..a single, thin lettuce leaf, one thinly cut tomato slice and two pickle slices. And trust me when I tell you, those beef patties are nowhere as thick as they show on their TV ads. Besides that major disappointment, they shorted me two items...had to go back. Almost $30 for a truly lousy lunch. Never again.

This place sucks I just went through the drive-thru 6 p.m. Friday night January 2nd mean girl on the intercom girl put cheddar cheese on my Apple pecan salad and wouldn't give me an extra dressing and told me they don't have any I offered to buy an extra one she told me no when I got to my destination there was cheddar cheese I had to throw the whole thing away destination I had to throw it away there's cheddar cheese on it to top it off my drink wasn't even diet the girl at the window who hands you the food was terribly rude she shouldn't work at this place

If I could give this place a 0 I would, just for the customer service and the way the drive thru lady gave attitude. Idk how Wendy’s manages to hire the worst people for customer service!I decided to go to Wendy’s because I seen on their WEBSITE, they had a breakfast biggie bundle which is $3.00 on the website menu, when I asked about it at the drive thru the lady seemed to have no idea what it was and said they didn’t have that there. So confused as to how they don’t know what it is but ok anyways.McDonald’s breakfast might be ok, but their customer service is amazing !

OK as a longtime supporter of Wendy's locations and I have a three strike policy win a Location messes up big time this time the food and service was awful. there was a car before me in the drive-through they ordered. They sat at the first window after ordering, and I was still deciding on what I wanted to order the drive-through Lady on the headset was being a little pushy on me, ordering noticing that the car ahead of me still has not moved forward from the first window, so I finally order the number seven combo large Coke with fries along with the chicken wrap, and a 10 piece nugget. so the car ahead of me pulls forward gets the drinks pays and pulls to the mobile order area. I pull up to the window I pay didn't get my drink. They asked me to move to the mobile order area car out of me. We waited for 10 minutes they get their order. I waited another five more minutes get my order but didn't get my drink and didn't get the receipt and then I look in the bag. My order is messed up they give me a chicken sandwich instead of the chicken wrap. The person comes back with my drink and the receipt and tell him there's a problem with my order I ordered a chicken wrap not a chicken sandwich , I then proceed to check everything else fries looks like they were tossed back into the fryer. Nuggets were tasting funny and the burger looks like a sloppy mess and the patties were old patties. If they're going to have people wait for their orders for at least 15 minutes the order should be fresh , I know how long it takes to cook the patties and those patties been sitting on the grill for quite some time then the nuggets were sitting for at least 10 minutes where they lose their freshness and turn into cardboard after 30 minutes and then the chicken wrap was thrown sloppily together. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to retrain everyone with the recipe of quality is the recipe I will most definitely not be coming back to this location ever , even if all the Wendy's in the 50 mile radius was closed and that was the only one open I would drive to LA instead of this one

I would have given 5 stars, however, I feel they only help one person at a time. Place the order, get the food, call their name, then move onto the next person. I feel they could save more time by multitasking the orders. I will say, food is always hot, fresh, and good customer service.

We drive from Arizona to California a few times a year and used to stop at Chiriaco Summit for lunch but their prices are so high now, we didn’t want to spend $40 for lunch any. We now eat at this Wendy’s and spend $12 for 2 Biggie Bags which are great. Redecorated and clean bathrooms. I love it.

I took two bites out of my Spicy Chicken Sandwich from this Wendy’s and couldn’t take any more. Poor quality chicken and breading, sloppy preparation with way too much mayonnaise. Mostly lettuce stalk instead of leaf. The bun was flat and flavorless. Maybe the fries would be better? Think again. I could only stomach half of them.There were a lot of employees at this location that seemed to be standing around doing nothing. If you go to the highest rated fast food chains (think In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A) everyone working there is busy and that seems to correlate with better food.. the sad part is I remember coming to Wendy’s as a kid and enjoying it. I hope this experience doesn’t apply to all locations since I’m not a regular customer but this is a brand that seems to be on a clear downward trend.
