No we have not been there in a long time. I was told that the flour they use has bugs in it and they use it saying the bugs die when baked.

People were super nice. Food was solid but espresso drinks are not real so for me this was a big problem. A good cappuccino is worth more than a delicious bagel in the morning! I will say all baked products looked and smelled fantastic and the donut holes they give you were a nice treat

Web site says they have gluten free bread but they don't. When I asked about it I got a snotty comment from the person at the register.

I don't get out to Aspen Mills very often anymore, but I happened to be in the PS area for an appointment so I was happy to make a quick stop in. Super friendly service as always, I debated on what bread I wanted to bring home with me and ended up with cranberry spice. I also picked up a blueberry ring cake and a pumpkin chocolate chip muffin, which is my favorite thing that Aspen Mills bakes. I was also sent home with a complimentary pumpkin raisin walnut cake loaf, which I'll be tasting later. Cranberry spice bread is wonderful, and so was the blueberry ring cake. Highly recommend stopping in to any location, but this one specifically has the best service and most options.

Delicious sandwich, cookies. Pumpkin chocolate chip muffin also good. You can also find their baked goods at the Saturday PS farmers market.

Nobody minds mistakes with their order. We are all human. But there is no excuse for the point blank rudeness that I encountered when trying to secure the 4 sandwiches that I had ordered, when they had only prepared 3. Having had to “prove” my order in the face of accusations that I was mistaken, I was treated like a nuisance. Whatever happened to the simple apology?!

No Substitutions allowed. I told the cashier that we didn’t want pickles with our sandwiches. She said I have to charge extra if you want more pickles. I told her again that we didn’t want any pickles. But would take more potato salad if they could. She said they don’t do that. Given the size of their side of potato salad I would have thought the pickles cost more than the 3 tablespoons of potato salad they serve.

Food was just ok. Soggy bread. Little portion of meat. Coffee was pretty good. Staff friendly. But the food was disappointing for the cost. I sat outside and it was ok

Came to Aspen Mills since it was recommended by a local friend. Yeah call me crazy, but I was willing to pay almost $20 for a sandwich and $7 for a bag of 4 cookies. But I'm writing this to say you will be treated differently if you are not White. As a non-Caucasian American, Aspen Mills made me feel discriminated against today, and discrimination on any level should NEVER be tolerated. At the counter, there was a full basket of muffin samples. I did not know they were samples, so after paying almost $50 for 2 sandwiches and cookies, I really thought nothing of it. Until I noticed every customer (except for us) was given MULTIPLE pastry samples after placing their orders, including free fresh samples from BEHIND the counter. I don't know what the deal is - all I know is that my friend and I were treated as second class citizens, and that is very deflating and just not OK. My friend even defended the cashier saying maybe he's new and being trained. Well, he definitely gave multiple samples to every Caucasian customer after us. Very disappointing- felt personal. Just not OK. I've always thought of Palm Springs as a very friendly town- Aspen Mills changed that today. Don't support any business that supports discrimination. Hopefully, the owner will read this review and improve his/her business practices and employee training.
