The food was alright but nothing special. Our artichoke came with the produce sticker still on it and when mentioned to the waiter, seemed like this was not the first time it happened. Nice atmosphere but mediocre food for the price.

Finally nabbed a reservation just to find out what all the hype was about. Well it’s for real! Bar Cecil delivered! Ollie (sp?) was our server and she was great! We tried the caviar - which comes with a vodka shot - and it was delicious. Went on to classic Steak/frites. The steak was delicious and prepared exactly to our different specifications. The fries were great, just the right amount of seasoning. We had their raspberry and merengue dessert. Nice selection of wine as well.The atmosphere was convivial and all the wait staff was friendly. Thank you Bar Cecil and Ollie for a great night and satisfying meal.

Delightful! Delicious food. Wonderful service. Lovely hostess took great care of me. (Will add her name as soon as I remember it!?! My bad... LOL) Sat at the bar and bartender, Avery, was terrific and so friendly. Can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: A couple of nice vegetarian AND vegan options on the menu.Parking: Easy. Lots of spaces in front of Bar Cecil, or right next to it in huge shopping center lot.

Worst of the worst place… you have Nate, claiming to be a manager there, must be garbage manager… because we said they were racist, … no online or phone reservation … showed up… over 3 hrs wait… Nate and jessica couldn’t justify why we had to wait more than 2 hrs to sit in bar area… lol

An array of tasty craft cocktails. Highly recommend The Brock. Light and refreshing. The Red Thai Curry Mussels are a perfect starter. The Beaton Burger is top notch beef burger. Cooked perfectly to your liking. We also had the rack of lamb special. We were celebrating our engagement and my fiance's birthday. Bar Cecil treated us to Aniston's Pavlova and McConnell's Sundae with a glass ? of bubbles. It was such an excellent experience. We highly recommend!

Eat here if you can, it's superb start to finish, but be aware that you have to obtain your reservation at 12:01am exactly thirty days before you want to dine. (They do also accommodate some walk-ins if you show up at 4:35pm on the day you want to eat.). Everything is first rate and beautiful.

Just delightful. We love the decor and the feeling this place evokes. Our table was perfect. Food was excellent and timing and service impeccable. Our only complaint is that it's hard to get a table! Pretty clear why

Food, cocktails, and service were outstanding! We enjoyed raw oysters, the curry mussels, steak tartare, and the burger. All were delicious. Our server Enrique took excellent care of us and one of the owners even stopped by to check on us - nice touch! We will be back!
From this New Yorker's point of view, Bar Cecil is the most stylish restaurant in Palm Sorings, with the most attractive crowd. You can expect very good bistro-style food and first-rate service, but it's the chic ambience that makes these tables so sought-after!

I was incorrectly charged for some items and was told before leaving the restaurant that they would be sent back to my credit card. Unfortunately the funds never returned and I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with management to resolve this issue and have not gotten a reply after weeks of trying to get through. I had high hopes and surpised nobody has retuned my call or emails.
