Beautiful fun setting. Wonderful steak fajitas salad, soup, crispy tacos. Great mole, which is hard to find. Reasonable prices.

Expected so much more from our visit. The food did not live up to our expectations and was the least favorite meal during our 4 day stay in Palm Springs. I ordered the Coyote Bowl and was very disappointed. The salad was topped with plenty of chicken, unfortunately it was tasteless and the texture was Just not right. The special sauce on the chicken was overwhelming- super sweet and flavor made it difficult to eat. My husband ordered the Seafood Salad which was just okay.

Horrible. My molcajete was served in a plastic dish, which I don't understand. And cold, again I don't understand. Gross!

Wonderful place. The owners are welcoming and always interested in input to give suggestions how to improve service. I spoke to Kelle one of the owners today. I didn't eat here, because of an issue initially with separate checks for a group, however in the end the group did get to do separate checks. Will go back to eat in the future because Kelle was so kind to call me.

The Blue Coyote is a super fun and lively Mexican restaurant. The service was excellent. The cocktails were creative and very good. We had three different dishes and all were excellent. They were very attentive to us and we were served very quickly.

Rude servers and staff, mediocre food and drinks. They weren't busy on a Wednesday night but certainly acted like they were too busy for us when we are asking questions during ordering. Couldn't make my husbands drink correctly. Just pass.

The experience eating at the bar here and getting service and drinks from Hilda was spectacular. The day prior I went to Tac/Quila and paid twice as much for food twice as disappointing. The food at Blue Coyote was some of the most delicious and satisfying food I’ve ever had in my life (makes you close your eyes when you take a bite). Cannot recommend more!

So good. Everyone is so nice, owner is amazing. My favorite is the chicken quesadilla, it's the best quesadilla and the mayan pyramid is like no other. Also just such pretty murals on the walls.
Great drinks and homemade food choices. Delicious and fresh. A beautiful location inside and outdoor eating is perfection.

The Blue Coyote Grille has become our favorite Mexican restaurant in Palm Springs over our last decade of snow bird migration during the spring. Margaritas are special. The food is delicious, the outdoor patio ambience is outstanding and the service prompt. We’ll be back.
