Came here on Friday evening around 8pm not realising they close at 9pm daily, so the place was very quiet. We had a couple of pizzas which were good and the service and staff were really nice. The restaurant is situated on the first floor, and we had balcony seating so was able to people watch!

I'm new to the area and have had two great meals and experiences here. Last night, my third visit, was less than stellar. I was with three friends. We each ordered a drink, the server only delivered three drinks. When he finally brought the fourth drink, it was in a smaller glass (same drink as two others in the group). We ordered two appetizers. One was delivered in a timely manner, then we received one of the entrees. My friend had finished his food before the other two meals were delivered. We ordered two pizzas to share; they were both undercooked. We never received the second appetizer. When I informed the food runner that we never received the appetizer, his reply was, "I don't doubt that." and then he walked away. When our server finally returned, I let him know the situation. He apologized and never returned. We hunted him down to pay our bill. Paid the bill and left. I will try it again and see how it goes. I'm hoping it's a positive experience; I really like their menu and restaurant.

Brickworks has great pizza, I would recommend the Double Truffle Mushroom Pizza. The waiters were very kind and friendly to us.

Really not having luck on dining in Palm Springs. This restaurant sounded great online and had vegan cheese for pizza for our lactose intolerant guest. Unfortunately they totally messed up our pizzas and put the wrong cheeses on 2. Disaster following the messed up salad where they clearly realized after they put the cheese on the salad then took it off but still left a bit behind. Plus the food was just ordinary for a $25 pizza!

The hostess was unfriendly, appeared to be in a rush although restaurant was not busy at the time. On the other hand, our waitress Christina was friendly, engaging and ove all great! Our favorite salad "The Wedge" was good but was made with one "romaine heart", with loose romaine leaves - not up to the standard or menu description.

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner with a local friend. He had already secured a seat at a bar counter overlooking the busy courtyard below. We ordered drinks and enjoyed catching up with our friend. The waiter was friendly and prompt. Drinks arrived... mine was terrible. The waiter insisted on replacing it. Secret one was great. We ordered food and it came quickly, and it was great. We were pleased with our entire experience!

We stopped in while on vacation in Palm Springs. It's all upstairs. A smaller bar with 12 beers on tap. Well, they were supposed to have 12 but our first three choices were out. They have a Happy Hour every day from 2 to 5 p.m. The pizza was good. Interesting choices. We had a fig/prosciutto one and a lime/avocado/cilantro one. The bartender was a bit inattentive and distracted. Ramon was a great worker. They have balcony seating with a nice view of the street. I think their draw is more location than food/drinks.

Ordered Meatball and slider. Tastes good. Bread is soft.

Food was good. Best BBQ pizza I’ve had actually. The service however, left plenty to be desired. The wait staff is clearly not trained. Multiple staff stopped by dropping off items and none picked up the empty salad plates until I asked the 3rd one to please take them as the table was overflowing. Our check was delivered and we were never first asked if we wanted desert, which I did, but skipped it after that blunder on the servers part. It took her over 10 minutes to come pick up my credit card and it was not busy at all on this Sunday night. On the way out I walked up to the hostess counter to politely mention this and the young lady was so engrossed in playing with her phone she never even looked up. I even reached into the candy dish (metal food mixing bowl) which was empty and it clanked on the counter. Apparently her social media was still more important and couldn’t bother to even look up and say goodbye or ask how my meal was. Management needs to hire people that care, then train them how to actually be a professional wait staff.

The steak was great! The veggies were a bit under cooked for my taste but my partner loved them that crisp. The service was frustrating, we had to ask the host for a refill of wine and sat there so long we gave up on eating dessert. We were eating after traveling so it was a 3pm dinner and an odd time for many restaurants.

The food was excellent, very tasty and attractive. I had salmon with cauliflower. So very fresh. We also ordered pizza and fried calamari, equally as good. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively. You can sit upstairs on the balcony and enjoy the passersby and also people in the restaurant below. Our server was excellent, happy and professional. I plan to return. This time I'll sit on the balcony!

I’m not sure where to begin. Well, its food. The pizza is not good and might be a contender for worst pizza. The cauliflower bites are giant and the batter is too heavy - the flavour combos of southwest sauce on the top and teriyaki sauce on the bottom does work. I will say the staff was friendly and quick.

Went here for a bachelorette party cause it was one of the only places that had reservations available and now I understand why. Our server was less than kind, seemed very overwhelmed, spilled water on our table and got all over someone and never even apologized, just stormed off. We ordered drinks that weren't anything special and the espresso martinis were way too sweet. Food was fine but again, nothing special. Only good part was the vibe as it felt very European and cute!

We had ordered double pepperoni on our pizza because that was one of the choices on the menu. The pizza came out with just a few of them. So they took it back and just added a few more onto the same pizza. You know how that went: the crust and the original pepperoni were burned. Our amazing server insisted that the kitchen remake the pizza for us, so now we waited for yet another round in the kitchen. My husband was ready to eat the table by this time. When we finally got our pizza, I asked if anything would be comped and the manger categorically refused. FYI we bring family and friends here when they come to town. NOT ANY MORE! As we are leaving, the manger said she could give us a free pizza to go. Why would I wait for another bad pizza. It’s Palm Springs you can go to any pizza joint! This is the first time I have written a review: GO TO ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE IN TOWN!
