We believe great food, great drinks, and great music make the perfect party and we wanted our wedding to be exactly that. We did several tastings and Carousel Catering blew the others away. It was simply no contest! Also, Chef David and the Event Coordinator, Allen, were such a pleasure to work with. They helped us craft the perfect menu for our guests modeled after some of our favorite NYC restaurant menus (many of our family and friends are foodies so we didn’t want to disappoint) while also staying within our budget. Our wedding was on a ranch with just one normal house kitchen as opposed to a professional set up. Despite the challenge, the food turned out amazing and was enjoyed by all!!! Many of our guests were talking about how good the food was. Their steak, chicken, vegetables and desserts were all delicious. The appetizers during happy hour were all amazing too. We would really recommend the tres major steak, the ahi tuna tacos, and the parmesan souffle, but everything tasted great. They were also very accommodating to our vegan guests, preparing a nice option for them. We would recommend them to anybody looking for wedding catering!

There are not enough superlatives to fully appreciate the catered dinner wehad on New Year's Eve by Carousel Catering. It was certainly a gourmetmeal from the appetizers to dessert that rivaled any Michelin 5 starrestaurant. I've never had food this good at any event and much better than most high end restaurants. The staff was prompt and friendly. My guests and I were very pleased and I have never had so many guests thanking chef and staff. A must for any catered event!
Amazing! Wonderful! Perfect! Delicious! We cannot say enough great things about Carousel Catering. Our 40th anniversary/wedding announcement party was a huge success. 50 guests were treated to an amazing array of appetizers, tasty beet/apple/zucchini salad, sea bass with lemon sauce, filet of beef with mushroom sauce, sides (asparagus was peeled - as it should be!), and a trio of yummy desserts. They happily accommodated 4 guests with special food needs, and 4 young children as well. Allen made sure everything was set up perfectly and Paul and his servers were kind and efficient. Thanks to Will for tending bar, and all of the staff that served our guests. Lastly, a HUGE thanks to chef David - every guest we spoke to was amazed at the perfectly prepared and delicious food. Thanks to all the hard working people at Carousel - this evening will never be forgotten. Mark and Gary

Oh my word. I've experienced plenty of Carousel Catering events and food. Nothing short of AMAZING!!! Some of my favorites include: the onion souffle, Tex Mex bean dip, BBQ ribs, stuffed quesadillas, wings, soups, caprice toast... Everything I've tasted so far. Hands down you will enjoy. Amazing Chef and the food speaks for itself.
