I placed my order for one hard shell beef taco and one 2 beef enchilada combo at the drive thru. The taco was excellent, however the beef enchilada combo was more like the vegetarian enchilada. I tore the enchiladas apart and for both enchiladas there was a total of. One tablespoon of beef , or 2 teaspoons per enchilada!!!!
