One of Palm Springs best! We celebrated a birthday here recently. Thank you Shannon, Chad, Eric and all the staff. Love the patio and of course inside and the bar.We had : Ahi tuna tacos with salmon roe. Prime beef filet. Short ribs with lobster mash potatoes. Date cake and pineapple upside down cake. Port wine. Bottle of Vineyard 29 Cabernet Sauvignon. Aviation Gin martini. Manhattan cocktail. All items for the two of us. Thank you

Our group really enjoyed our dining experience at Copley's and can't wait to go again! The food was excellent, as was the service and gorgeous outdoor atmosphere, even though it was a quite cool evening.

From the moment we walked, we felt welcomed. The atmosphere was very relaxing ?. Our waiter did an excellent job sharing his knowledge about the menu. I highly recommend the salmon! Don't skip the dessert!!!

I had the salmon, which was DELICIOUS! However, it’s the stunning location and service that really puts this spot to the top of my favourite restaurants in Palm Springs!

Ate there for my girlfriend’s 40th Birthday. The hostess was amazing and where we sat was very pretty. It was not very busy but our server never seemed to be around. His service was mediocre to say the least. The food was okay. The Desert was bad. I had expected much better.

This review is long over due. The food was absolutely delicious, but the phenomenal service is why I can't wait to go back. I made a reservation and the host was very welcoming. We loved everything we ate, especially the dessert. The ambiance is romantic and dreamy. Definitely a perfect date night spot. On our way out, the host said "bye" and remembered my first AND last name. (I believe his name was DK. This was a couple of years ago) It's such a small detail that you don't get nowadays and added to our great experience. He even pronounced my last name correctly, which I don't get very often either. I thanked him for remembering who I was and for pronouncing it. He said his partner struggles with that so he made it his mission to make sure he gets it right! That stuck with me. We are eager to go back next time we visit PS. Thanks again for the wonderful food and service!

Terrific food, and some of the most welcoming staff I have seen in the service industry. We visit Palm Springs 1-2 times a year, and the hostess always remembers us and makes us feel welcome. The beet salad with goat cheese brûlée is delicious, and you've got to try the salted caramel ice cream.

Awesome! Cary Grant's old guest house. Charlie was our waiter & was the best! Short ribs were fantastic. Don't miss in Palm Springs!

I really don’t understand all these fabulous reviews. We could not be more disappointed from the minute we walked in. The greeter was not up front and several staff walked by us and not one person even glanced in our direction. Our waiter was a nice gentleman but, his service could have been better. We had three courses and was not checked on once. We ordered drinks which did not come out until after the first course. The first course came out so quickly, I don’t know how our server even had time to put in our order. My drink was terrible, our main dishes were unfortunately terrible! I had the special which was a sea bass. It was not fresh, and just inedible. I don’t know if we hit the restaurant on an off night because I read all the great reviews before making the reservation. Will say the outside ambiance is beautiful!

Copley's has been on our list to dine and it was a lovely evening. We ordered the bread sampler which included the most delicious homemade cornbread and rosemary garlic rolls with truffle butter. We also ordered the prosciutto, melon and burrata salad which was very flavorful. Our main courses were two specials of the day - short rib which is a must order, sea bass, and then the asian spiced barramundi. All dishes were fantastic and we finished with the chocolate soufflé and the toffee and date English sticky pudding. Our server, Lonnie, was exemplary and we thoroughly enjoyed dining under the stars.

Gorgeous restaurant with a large outdoor area for alfresco eating - great food, friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. Formerly Cary Grant’s home, this is a Palm Springs institution and well worth a visit - but book ahead!

Copley's never disappoints. Their ability to take ingredients and weave them into a not only a visual treat but one with flavors that are truly amazing. The service as always is spot on.
