If you’re looking for late night, food, this place is amazing. I’m a huge fan of macaroni and cheese and when I saw this place, I immediately fell in love. They have some of the coolest, macaroni and cheese combinations I’ve ever seen. They’re also open super late which is really nice.I ended up ordering a short rib, macaroni and cheese with Munster cheese, and it was amazing. My partner ended up getting a bacon and tomato grilled cheese sandwich, which was one of the best I have ever had. They also have desserts.Parking can be found around the back and this is actually pretty close to some nearby bars and restaurants. So if you go out to a bar, you can plan on coming here afterwards and soaking up some of the Alchohol.Overall a really good place to stop and I loved it because I love macaroni cheese and these guys do it really well

I have waited for quite a while to try this place and when I finally go they were out of everything! Very disappointing to look forward for something and it's a total letdown.

This rating is mostly for service. I only had 20 minutes, and since I thought I could grab my food and go, this seemed like a reasonable restaurant to stop in. You order yourself, they make it, and you take it away. Nice and easy. I walked up to order my food and the employee said, "just one moment." I expect one moment to be under 2 minutes, but almost 10 minutes passed before I called her attention. At this point, I was shaking and a little dizzy because my blood sugar had dropped well before I even got there. I asked if I placed my order right away, would it be ready in the next 10 minutes, since I only had 10 minutes left before having to leave for my doctor's appointment. She said, "oh no, not possible."The right thing to do would have been to tell me, when she saw me originally arrive, would have been, "We have four or five orders ahead of you, and I need to create those since I'm the only one here, so it will take me at least 10 minutes before I can get your order. If you're okay with that, please stand by."Communication. That's all I ask of a place. Good communication leads to good service. The food is okay, as I've eaten here before. It's a bit pricey and I'm disappointed that anything vegan or vegetarian cost a lot more money. It definitely puts people who don't need animals at a disadvantage because we have to pay a lot more money. I know this is common practice, but five extra dollars for a beyond Patty? That's a lot.The restaurant is pretty clean, and the atmosphere is nice, but this review is on the service. All she had to do was communicate with me and I could have left immediately and gotten food somewhere else. Now, I have no time to grab food and I'm sitting at my doctor's office shaking because I have not eaten. I did not want them to cancel my appointment, so I had to be on time.I will not be returning to this restaurant based on the service alone. The prices are also high, so that's just a clincher.

Hello I had an incident happen at Palm Springs location in downtown with the employee named Dylan. I am an Uber eats delivery driver and I was picking up an order for a customer and the order was ONE KIDS MEAL nothing else and because of him I was not able to pick up the order due to your employee being maniac he was very rude and beyond disrespectful he was cussing me out in front of my 1 year old and 4 year old! He needs to be fired immediately he’s dangerous to the work environment and doesn’t belong in working with customers.

They were out of cheese sauce but still serving an extremely dry mac and cheese. The bar next door had people smoking on the patio and the cigarette smoke smell filled the seating inside. The guy working the counter was nice and apologetic. Seems like it's an issue with management and resource planning, not staff.

I have ordered delivery twice now and both times they have been entirely out of both gluten free macaroni and even just broccoli. My delivery has been cancelled and I have had to order elsewhere. Months apart, not during tourism peaks, and still. I can't depend on them to provide what's on the menu. I have no idea if they're even good, because they have failed to serve what they have on the menu every time I have tried.Dietary restrictions: Do not depend on them for gluten free ingredient availability.

The food was ok. My wife loves mac and cheese, so we stopped. Need to try again as the fountain drink machine was not working. I should have gone next door and ordered a drink there.
Just ok this place!!!, we had high expectations but the food is just ok, and over price for what it is specially the mc and cheese options, the portions are small, we definitely did not like it as much we thought, in the good side the service was excellent also the decoration and theme of the place is good. they put a lot of effort in the presentation but forgot about the food.

Don't do this to yourself, you deserve better. While the staff was super friendly and trying to help the produxt is just not good. Everything was cold, orders weren't right, lots of items not available. It feels like a management problem - not enough staff, not enough product ordered. If they can get it together, would be really yummy.
