After years of passing by this shop, I decided to stop in for an ice cream scoop, only to be shocked by the price! While I get that prices are rising across all industries, this felt a bit excessive.Owner: that was a very crass reply.

A large selection of special flavors of quality cold deserts. I got a couple of scoops of raspberry sorbet that was the best ever. cost was $10 for 2 scoops.

Used to frequent this establishment often, haven't been in a while and will not be returning. They had only a few flavors and most machines were down and not cleaned. When asking the employees for anything I was given short 1 word answers. Paid more than anticipated for poor service and options.

Bought a date shake here. Called ahead and ordered for a surprise for a friend. The employee had it ready. She was nice and kept it in the freezer until we got there. Thanks!
We stopped in for frozen yogurt today. To our disappointment, two machines let out watery liquid. We settled on the pineapple flavor as it was the only machine working.When we went to pay, my husband kindly let the cashier know that two machines weren’t working. Her response? A very rude “Yeah.” No explanation, apology, or response otherwise.Judging from other reviews, the liquid froyo has been an issue here for over a year. It seems the owner is in denial and doesn’t care to fix the problem.Don’t waste your money. We won’t be back.

Stopped by tonight for some gelato with two friends and we were overwhelmed with the strong floral/disinfectant smell.One of my friends is scent sensitive and ran out of the store and still got a headache. The other friend and I found it to be very unpleasant.I said something to the cashier who said she thought it was the cleaner they were using. Whatever it was, it made it hard to experience the delicious smells and flavors of the gelato, and kinda ruined my friend's evening. Thanks for the great gelato, and PLEASE use unscented products. This was REALLY strong.

Shakes are good, shaved ice is absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your money on the shaved ice, it’s $8 and has no flavor whatsoever. Extremely watered down. Taste like ice, no flavor at all. Inedible. Also BEWARE owners’ comments and bad business practices as you can see in numerous responses below.
