We come here every year and have always enjoyed the bar's ambiance and the jocular and good natured attitude of the bartenders. In fact this is our go to for drinks. Food and the service surrounding it is another matter entirely. We had terrible service, and the wrong dish was brought to our table which required the manager to get involved. The manager was disinterested in our issue, avoided us entirely, never comped us, and never apologized. We are easy to please guests, but we dined here twice on this recent trip and the service was all around below average, and the food was hit or miss with some things being exceptional and others down right inedible.

Don't like to listen to home Depot advertising during my dinner in the restaurant.

First of all, a HUGE thank you to our host. He was incredible. They were so busy, I never had a chance to ask his name, but he was a legend. We had 12 people on a Thursday night, no reservation, and he got us in right away with 3 tables of 4 right by each other. Our waiter wasn't that attentive, He was busy, but we could tell he just wasn't into working that night.Food was very good. By the looks of it, the pizza is the best bang for your buck.We were pretty high maintenance because we were at a conference and we all needed separate checks and I get that that can be a pain, but when you so close to a convention center, that's what's going to happen.Everyone was happy with their meals and we left very satisfied. They have food that is high and really expensive to midrange less expensive with a variety of styles of food. I would recommend coming here.

From Beginning to end this meal was delicious! We were there for their lobster ravioli but it wasn't on the lunch menu. Our server was friendly and the food so so good. We were in love with the salad, the chicken salad, just everything was top notch quality. Yes pricy but worth it.

this was possibly the WORST meal I've ever had. not only was the service poor, ( slow, forgot our appetizer, offered no apology for terrible meal) but the food and drinks did not reflect the menu descriptions. I ordered a chopped Asian chicken salad that was supposed to have chopped pea pods, cabbage, shredded carrots, green onion, sliced almonds, soy bean, hearts of palm and shredded chicken. after missing our appetizers and receiving our drinks ( sparkling sangria--with no sparkle) my salad arrived. I wish I'd taken a picture. it was chunks taco flavored chicken on mostly spinach leaves with a heap of fried noodles on one side. beneath the spinach was a layer of mixed greens. The greena were wilted and maceraTed the way greens look in this plastic bags in the grocery store that are weeks past their sell date. The few shredded carrots were wilted and mushy. I started removing the mush and macerated greens to try to eat some of the salad but it was awful. I showed it to the waitress. She said she would tell the kitchen. My husband had what was listed as a margherita pizza which had pale orange thinly sliced tomatoes and a whit sauce and a little shredded cheese with tiny bits of green on top not sure if it was actually baSIL. Our meal and 2 drinks was over $100.00. Seriously the worst EVER!! DO NOT GO THERE TO EAT OR DRINK! I can't believe they didn't even attempt to ameliorate the horrible experience.

High end, high price establishment that has lost it's way. I should have been forewarned when our party of four heard a Home Depot ad while we got our wine. We had two good meals, two poor meals. I splurged and ordered Filet Medallions Oscar ($89.50). Got 3 smallish semi-tough pieces of steak with mash potatoes in the middle with some pieces of crab folded into the mashed potatoes (probably snow crab). I do know the recipe, and that's not it. Perhaps the chef was robbed from Sizzler. Asked to talk to the manager. He admitted 'we are too cheap to pay for the paid version of Pandora ($60/year). He also admitted the meal probably wasn't correct and would mention it to the chef. Comped me for my Mac and Cheese ($19). Draw your own conclusions.

The food was actually really good, but the host / servers seemed very confused despite it not being that busy. They should hire a manager to oversee things.

The pizza was excellent, the ambiance was beautiful, the restaurant was clean, and our server was extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional (her name escapes me but she wore nice glasses and an updo). We will be back.

HORRIBLE. Our experience here, our big splurge dinner first night of vacation was a total bust. Service was fine -- a little impersonal as you are directed to read all from an ipad. Apps were nothing special. Steak came overcooked. Sent it back to kitchen. Chef SENT IT BACK TO TABLE cut in a different section with a "it's cooked perfectly" response. Really??? My husband is a chef -- it was not. When we called the manager over it was a twenty minute negotiation to get the $60 overcooked piece of meat taken off of bill. Horrible, upsetting evening. With so many options, don't bother. PS grilled asparagus was practically dripping in liquid smoke. Gross.

Visiting Palm Springs for the first time and the concierge at the hotel recommended us to try this restaurant! We had a great experience from the food to the service! Food: We ordered the ahi tuna tacos- could definitely use less of the sauce but still delicious! We also got the fried calamari and shrimp cocktail and those were absolutely delicious. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail was so big and plump. For entrees, I ordeded the roasted duck and my friend ordered the oven baked bolognese. The duck was so tender and juicy and the bolognese was better than expected! Service: Our server was super sweet, very attentive and had good suggestions. We drank quite a bit too, they had some good cocktails, very strong. I forgot her name but she was our server at 9pm on 3/17/24! Ambiance: I feel like this place is a little more than casual, you definitely should wear a nice outfit dining here. We sat on the patio and I 100% recommend!

3/11/24: we went back as a group of 10 on a Monday evening and basically we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. Our sever, Reyna, was helpful and offered replacement after she brought out a wrong item (thank you). Our friends enjoy the steak, the salad portion was generous, the sauteed mushrooms was very good. My Paella Valencia (really should be Mixed Paella, as it has both seafood and meat) was very good. My virgin pina colada was basically slushed ice with a pineapple flavor (not to order that again). The prices are on the high side.2000: We ordered the lamb, salmon, and kofta kabob mezze's for lunch. The meats were over cooked, and the accompanied rice was dry. I wish that the cook/chef paid more attention to the foods before they got delivered to the table. We've been to all the restaurants at this intersection this past week and the Zin American Bistro was a much better place to eat at. Lulu and Kaiser got too complacent.

Visited on Tuesday 3/12. Service was very slow. Ahi Tuna bowl was not good. Tuna was tasteless and salad wilted. Pancetta and Fig Bucatini did not taste good. Used to love this place. Not any more.
