I've laways had a good experience at the Koffi locations. I often go to this one and the one in Palm Desert on hwy-111. The people are always super nice, they always get the drinks made fairly quick. I like the vanille bean supreeme drink, probably my favorite one for sure. I like the vibe of the place, friendly people

Cappuccino, with American dark toast, was amazing. I also tried the vanilla chocolate cake from their kitchen and it was delicious

Koffi is a solid spot for some caffeine in Palm Springs. They have a large variety of drinks pastries, prepared foods, and more. Employees are friendly and accommodating. I would recommend ordering online because it does get crowded even early in the am. They have a great online system very easy to order. Only con is it is extremely pricy for coffee. I spent 12$ on a drink and muffin. But otherwise definitely check it out! There's multiple locations.

Absolutely not worth waiting 20 mins in line for plus another 25 for the cold brew. This is a tourist spot. They are understaffed and the place is tiny so it's 1k people in a little room. The back has limited seating so you wait forever to have nowhere to

I got the St. Tropez green matcha and I got to say it’s not like anything I’ve tried before. I’m a matcha lover and I really really liked it. I added in some soy milk to my drink as well and the guy who was getting my order was very nice. The tropics made the experience so much better. Definitely recommend.

I've been having some tough times recently and asked a dear friend I don't talk to often enough to meet me there to talk. Everyone who knows this lovely spot knows how busy it can get so, yeah, we waited a few minutes for our orders. Not a problem AT ALL! The baristas and everyone working there were unfailingly polite and I have to say they handled the immense volume of business with a smile, as rapidly as is humanly possible, and I didn't see a single screw up in the drinks or food they prepared. Please tip them when you pay. They really deserve it. And put down your phone long enough to smile and say thank you. They work their butts off for you. 5⭐+Parking: I wouldn't count on ample parking real close by if they're really busy but there's usually street parking within a short walk. And the exercise is good for us. I've never had to park more than a block away, usually much closer. Today at 10:00 a.m. I parked directly across the street from one of the "Corridor" entrances, and so did my friend. (We couldn't ride share).Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, absolutely. As an adult who doesn't have kids I'm not sure I'm the best qualified person to speak to this. But from personal observation I really think there are better options than a very busy, generally adult oriented coffee house for kids. There are a lot of seriously busy and a few faux busy people walking around; some very polite and some self-possessed to a degree that kids might not enjoy. OTOH, there are lots of kid friendly food and beverage options so you're welcome to bring the whole family. It might be best to try to choose times that are relatively less busy, if you can find them. But yes, kids are welcome. Please don't let my cautions scare you away. Some kids will deal with the atmosphere better than others.Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible, definitely, both inside and in the lovely courtyard. But it does get crowded. You may have to deal with some cellphone obsessed oafs who don't have the common courtesy to give you some space. I recommend carrying a cattle prod. (Not really ?).

I don’t know what’s happened here but 30-40 mins from the time you step in the door to the time you can walk out with a latte is ridiculous. It would be excused as a one time anomaly but lately it’s every single week. The food is lovely and the environment is beautiful but who has 30-40 minutes to wait for a coffee?

Great place, definitely jumping- every table was full; orders bustling. Love to see it. Staff was busy but still gave great service. Also they had an amazing selection of bags fresh roasted coffee beans and espresso beans to purchase. I love making coffee at home. Place was bright and sunny, very clean. Appreciate the selection of kid friendly snacks and non coffee options.

Went yesterday it took over 30 minutes to get a plain cup of coffee. The staff were making Mobil orders first so be prepared to wait forever. I just gave up on the waiting game and went to the front desk and got a refund. Beyond lazy and rude.

Good service and coffee. Large selection of bakery items but very little gluten free and any GF options they had were sold out by 9:30am

Great drinks and pastries. Only issue at all is there's very limited seating. However, great backyard patio area shared with the shopping center.

Very meh coffee shop. I’ve never been to a coffee shop that doesn’t know what a dirty chai is… and the standard cafe latte and cold brew were very forgettable as well. I would skip this one.

Our go to coffee spot when we stay in Palm Springs. Don’t be discouraged by the long line out the door - it moves quickly and you’ll have your order in hand sooner than you’d think. Lots of friendly staff and the overall mood is very cheerful. Pineapple coconut muffins and cold brews are a must! Can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful staff and lovely patio out back 5⭐️!
