We love Koffi and its clean/modern design. They have many locations in Palm Springs. Their coffee is on the stronger side but has so much depth and you can truly taste the Koffi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A must-try if you are ever in Palm Springs.

Banana nut muffin was ok. The walnuts in the muffin were large and fresh. The coffee was good and the service was great! The smoothie had good flavor and consistency. There are tons of baked goods options and quick, delicious looking salads, and sandwiches. Tons of employees working made things move efficiently! The ambiance is nice and with indoor and plenty of outdoor seating!

Wonderful pastries and coffee. It was busy every morning we visited. Friendly staff and service but it can be hard to grab a seat. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoors as it was a bit chilly but it looked lovely and I think warmer days would open up the seating. Enjoy

Went here everyday for coffee during our stay at the ACE hotel. Service was always so friendly and our drinks were always perfect! It’s always packed in there and it’s not hard to know why. Love this place.

When found this coffee shop in our neighborhood I was elated and started making regular stops on walks for their lite Macha Lattes. I tried out their online ordering service and encountered some glitches but was able to work around most of them (eg, the barista misunderstood the cryptic printout he received and made the drink incorrectly - it happens).But then one day I selected a different location and reordered a past drink. Unbeknownst to me the location reverted back to the last location so when I arrived there was no drink for me. The lead/manager there indicated I would have to pay for a new drink but they would call the other location and ask them to credit the original charge.Weeks passes and that didn't happen. I followed up on their website explaining the circumstances and did not hear back. A couple more weeks passed and I followed up a second time and again got radio silence.I can overlook the nominal cost of being charged for the drink twice. I can overlook the credit not being processed as promised. But I can't overlook the complete disregard of customer inquiries online. Particularly for a company that brands themselves as "local" and boasts a "a commitment to personal service and complete customer satisfaction." They have insulated themselves from consumer feedback and service much like so many other corporate entities these days by ghosting inquiries. I haven't gone back and don't know that I will.
A very ok breakfast sandwich and latte. On the other hand your outside in palm springs which is awesome in the winter. I can't imagine going here when it's hot out.

one of my top 2 or 3 places in the desert. excellent coffee and pastries , most importantly a wonderful, hard-working staff. thanks to maureen who remembers my order and the others who work at very fast pace. in season or event weekends, it is pretty awful. sit outside if weather good. their lunch items also very good. excellent health dept score. great bagged coffee-very fresh. the rancho mirage location is another favorite.
