This McDonald’s in Palm Springs is a step above the rest. It has a cool vibe with old time tv shows playing. The staff at the counter were very friendly. This crew lead named Darren was exceptional and was very nice to everybody. He treats his job like a true professional. Heather was amazing too. Keeping the place moving like a well oiled machine!Parking: Lots of parking right beside the building.

The price was kind of high 11.00 for a quarter pounder and a small or medium combo of fries and a drink .The restaurant was clean everyone was friendly cheerful and specifically helpful .The food was really good I would go here again I live nearby and you don't have to wait in a long line .

Why do you offer well done fries and then not deliver them? Twice I have been there and both times ordered a large size and both time I got limp and soggy fries. Limp and soggy is definitely not my idea of well done and we’re disgusting. Both Oder were thrown away and I will refrain from ordering any fries from you in the future.

I like coming to this location and even more since the remodel. The employees are always friendly no matter how busy they are. The food is always fresh and they even bring the food to your table if you're eating at the restaurant.Parking: This location is in the SmokeTree Shopping center so it can be busy at times, but there is a lot of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fully accessible.
New remodel is cold and feels like a food factory. 2 of the 4 kiosks were 'closed'. The hand sanitizer was broken and kept making a hammering noise. The drive thru was closed and it took 20 minutes to get my order. The food was dry and tasteless and my special request for extra pickles and no onions was ignored. Not coming back.

I'm so angry.... I'm a single mom I used the app to order I used 6000 points and the last of my money in the bank for dinner its 1030 and this place is closed but I was charged and there is 30 Mims until 11pm closing time ... . So they just stole all my money and I can't feed my kids.

I arrived late at night, had a ruff day, and I just wanted a mcflurry. They got to me quickly and had me flurry in hand, heading home quickly without taking a second more than necessary.Parking: Shares a parking lot with a bank so parking can become filled quickly and sporadically.

I stopped in at McDonald’s and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and an order of fries. The burger was hot and freshly made. It was surprisingly good. You have to eat the fries quickly because the window on having them taste good closes very quickly. My only complaint is the price. Their food is expensive now for what you get.
