Very selective menu with no many options at all. Place was not crowded, just a few people here and there and it took OVER AN HOUR for they to bring us a pizza. Kept telling us over and over that would be just "2 minutes". We almost just left and got food somewhere else. Terrible

Very hard to find rest no signage, wait staff although attentive didnt seem to care much and socialized among themselves until you got their attention. The cucumber mash salad is excellent the other dishes not so much - too saucy. Main dining room very cute, outdoor area drab compared. Again open table showed full booking and when we arrived much earlier than we really wanted to dine, restaurant was empty. Will not return.

We had lunch outside near the pool and corn hole game and think we need to go back and try the actual restaurant. We had the wedge salad and the margherita pizza. Both were ok and we like the plant forward concept. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching folks and their pups by the pool.We had a nice time and we’d like to go back so I can up the review.

We had an early dinner at Minerva's after a long day of travel and the restaurant exceeded our (already high) expectations. The food was excellent and creative, and the service by Bee was outstanding. We'll be back.

There were six of us and we all thought the food was just okay. There are only a few entree items, so the selection is very limited. They don't have a large selection of liquor but referred to their best as "top shelf", which it was not. We did not even look at the dessert menu but went elsewhere. All of us said we would not return to Minerva's.

The place is small but has a nice vibe. The staff was very nice and accomadating, we arrived 10 minutes early so waited for our tabel to be ready on the patio which has nice loungy areas and heat lamps. We were seated at one of the large corner banquets which was wonderful for just two people. The food was very good, had the M Crisps, which is really crisp cuccumber slices in a delicious yogurt mixture and we both had the burger, which was really delicious. You can add on avacado or a fried egg if that's your thing. Cocktails were excellent as well.

Dinner at Minerva’s restaurant was a five star plus experience!Bee, our waitress, was amazing. She set a new bar for me on how good the wait staff in a restaurant can be.The food was an example of how a meal can be delicious, delightful, and healthy. We shared the “roasted Sunchokes salad”, and the two entrees. “Cauliflower muhammara”, and the “M. Smash burger “.It’s very rare for a restaurant to not go wrong with a single thing in the course of a meal. The timeliness and grace of service, the excellence of the ingredients and the preparation, and the friendliness of the atmosphere. They nailed them all. My wife pointed out that it is very rare for a restaurant to get both the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian dishes just right.Well done Team. I only hope you can sustain this. I know you are new, but it will break my heart if I come back and find that all this has slipped.Note: There are no signs for Minerva’s that are visible from the street. You have to drive into the hotel’s parking lot and then, a not very visible sign on the restaurant door might catch your eye.Food & drinks: Awesome food. Both the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian choices. Exceptional service.

Great pool area with a bar. Drinks were tasty and it's dog friendly. Good times

I really enjoyed my dinner at Minerva's. The food was delicious. Everyone loved their smash burgers and appetizer of smashed cucumber and roe salad. The staff was very attentive. The decor and ambience are attractive and contribute to a fun atmosphere.

The remodeled Minerva’s brings back old Palm Springs flare. The hidden restaurant is cozy and has a great flair. We sat at the bar and the drinks were fantastic. I definitely recommend the veggie-based dishes since that’s what they’re known for. The cucumber salad with roe was incredible. I also loved the sunchokes. The burger patty felt microwaved and was dry I don’t recommend the burger. Overall I would go back for drinks and a few vegetable snacks.

Great Hospitality + Service ! Minerva's is a special hidden gem in the heart of the Palm Springs canyon. Lovely ambiance , with a slight floral retro vibe -- embracing an old vintage glam. Chef Nathan was wonderful as he prepared our meal , the Half Roasted Chicken was our favorite dish ! We'll be back :)

Great service, pleasant atmosphere, but the food was so mediocre! Got the stuffed zucchini appetizer (very little flavor, no texture, all mushy); the Burger (if it wasn't a prepackaged frozen patty, then it was overly handled, very dense, and boring, with little flavor); and lastly, the Beet Poke (missing half the ingredients that made it interesting, like crispy forbidden rice -- look at my picture, then look at the ones other people posted. Not at all the same. We had to send it back!). We were told that the new chef was still learning the dishes, which means that the original chef that created the great looking menu a month ago has already left. Very disappointing food experience. Will not be back.

I had the pleasure of trying their menu on opening day and now for a second time. Both experiences were great - staff were friendly, checked up on our table frequently and were a joy to be around. We shared their fresh spring rolls (unfortunately not on the menu currently) and crushed cucumber salad and thought they were delicious. We're looking forward to trying their pizza next after hearing great reviews! Although the menu is limited, there are still options and I feel like it pushes guests to try something new! Overall enjoyed the meal, atmosphere and experience.

Nice little room, very stylish, friendly service...but waiter forgot about us, had to get up and ask someone to clear our plates after we'd clearly been done for half hour. Food was good (had short ribs, hamburger, branzino, sun choke croquettes, eggplant toast). French fries not good, dull and not crisp. It's a nice little spot on the whole, and I'd try it again.

Beautiful experience. The decor and ambiance is soothing, gorgeous and relaxing. Made for a great date night. The plant friendly food was tasty and delicious. They offer a few protein main course options which were satisfying and delicious. A definite must try at this quaint new restaurant.
