Free valet if you come here. The food is superb especially the caviar donuts. The carpaccio slapped but crab cakes need work. Chef is a gem and the bartender is so lovely. Intimate vibe inside. Great wine for a great price.

The fam and I had such a fun night at Mr. Parker's a few weeks back -- it really is a must-visit! Eric, who played host with the most, set the stage for a fun-filled evening with his exceptional hospitality. The tableside steak tartare presentation was both nostalgic and delicious, and the butter candle was a delightful interactive surprise that kicked off a really great evening all around. Wine list was 10/10 too. The ambiance and interior is eclectic and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic work week. My wife suggested we go back again for dinner a few nights later -- that never happens!

If you are looking for the MOST fabulous evening out in Palm Springs, look no further than the newly reopened Mister Parker's at The Parker hotel. It is an absolute gem and our experience here was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with Michelin-star-esque hospitality that set the tone for the entire evening. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the impeccable service provided by the GM, Eric. He went above and beyond to ensure that our dinner was absolute *perfection*. His attention to detail and passion for his job truly elevated our dining experience to another level. It's rare to find someone who checks in on you *just* the right amount throughout your dining journey where you feel so well taken care of, but it's not cumbersome -- that's Eric. He's truly mastered the art of balance on this front.Beyond the amazing Eric, his sassy somm added an unexpected extra layer of fun. Not only did he find the perfect wine to complement our meal, but he also engaged us in delightful conversation, making the entire dinner all the more memorable. The ambiance of Mister Parker's is super chic and sophisticated but also warm and cozy in the best way possible, providing the perfect setting for an intimate and enjoyable outing.SO! If you're looking for a memorable evening in Palm Springs, do not miss this darling haunt -- it really exceeded all of our expectations and was by far our favorite night out during our week-long stay in the desert.

We had a wonderful date night at mister parker. Our server Tristan was fantastic. Every aspect of our dining was excellent. From the ambiance to the cocktails and the food we couldn’t be happier with giving this place a try. We ordered the hamachi crudo and scallops as an appetizer. The scallops were so very good! For our main course we had filet mignon and duck and both were cooked to perfection. The bone marrow butter candle was just one of the many little details that contributed to a superb dining experience. Be prepared to spend a lot when dining here. For the 2 of us our bill was over $300 before tip but the quality or food and service makes it worth every penny. We will be coming back for another date night.

So the butter candle and bread come with the experience. We ordered the burrata, which came with a really tasty jam, and they gave us extra bread for it. Very crusty and warm, very messy. Then there was a cleanup to remove all crumbs before the main course. I got the duck, it was the best duck I've ever had. Shane had the scallops, also amazing. Stephen had the chicken, which was perfectly cooked and the largest amount of food (for future reference if someone wants a lot of food). We shared a mushroom mix, SO GOOD. And these Brussels sprouts with a tempura coating and orange soy sauce. Also so delicious. We were super full by the end of that. Then they gave us a lemon sorbet pallet cleaner. Delicious. We declined on dessert, but they gave us each a strawberry muffin to go, for the next morning! It was so cute. Flawless service and decor. 10/10

Wish we had a better experience than we did at this restaurant. I planned a dinner for my boyfriend’s 40th birthday. I made a reservation 4 weeks in advance, and called 2 weeks in advance to alert the establishment it was his birthday. The reservations are on “Peak” - you reserve your specific table; catch is that apparently, other customers can “buy” your reservation from you.As this was intended to be a special milestone dinner, I booked a banquette. The day of the reservation (on his birthday) I received a text from Peak that someone wanted to buy my table for $50, and if I wanted to keep my table, I didn’t need to respond. We arrived at the restaurant early, and had a drink at the bar - lounge/bar area is great! When time for our reservation, we were “greeted” by a host, who promptly informed us that this is a Dinner Jacket Only restaurant (we were never advised of this prior to the reservation). The host was pretty rude to us, and handed my boyfriend an ugly paisley silk magician’s jacket. We were brought to a table that was NOT a banquette, instead a table in the middle of the room. Someone swiped our table, and we didn’t receive the proposed $50. Disappointing, but we didn’t say anything. We had high hopes for the evening regardless.Unfortunately, I would not suggest anyone waste their money here. For the $600 we spent, we assumed we would receive a level of service and food quality that would match the ambiance, and we were sadly incredibly disappointed. We had one server that seemed to leave 10 minutes after we were seated, claiming we were in for a night of surprise - our only surprise was the service was bad - he dropped a candle on the table (this is actually part of their bread and butter service), and left. The bread arrived 25 minutes later from a different server, who forgot to explain that the candle was the butter. After taking our order (almost an hour after we sat), all service nearly disappeared. The food was both over and undercooked - $140 for a Wagyu steak that was undercooked and flashed, and inedible. The steak tartare was prepared table side; the server said “I will review the items as we prepare the dish - let me know if you are allergic to or don’t like anything” (to note, they never asked our allergies); before we could say if we wanted any adjustments, the ingredients were already in the dish.At one point, I brought “4-0” candles that I had purchased over to the host, to give the kitchen for dessert. He acted like I handed him something spoiled. The dessert came from the server and the host, who both just handed my boyfriend the dish and simply said “enjoy” and walked away.Overall, ambiance was a 10, tables were a 6, drinks were a 5, food was a 2, service was -5. We will not be making another stop here on our next Palm Springs annual trip.

Flew all the way from NYC to enjoy the new Mr Parker via open table reservation, which we had an email confirmation. We were told when we arrived they no longer accept open table reservations. The manager was beyond RUDE. Acted as if this was our fault. We have dined many times at Mr Parker's and many Mitchell star restaurants around the world and have never been treated so badly. Stay away! They do NOT care about their customers.

You'll enjoy this restaurant - 1. If you want to wear a jacket in the blazing heat of Palm Springs. Nothing like putting on a nice wool blazer in 110 degree heat. Oh, btw - Women can wear whatever they want but if you are a man, you need to put that jacket on asap! The good news is they allow you to take the jacket off at your table but if you have to use the bathroom, gots to put that jacket back on. 2. If you want to pay $15.00 for parking plus tip despite the fact there are plenty of spots for for self park. Valet parking is mandatory. 3. If you want to pay $52.00 for a chicken dish. And if you want a side of mashed potatoes - that will be an additional $18.00. 4. If you like booking a table but then someone can 'bid' for your reservation and you have the courtesy of counter bidding to keep your reservation. I felt like I was at an establishment designed by someone that loves Mad Men (e.g. 'gentlemen' must wear jackets) and Game of Thrones (e.g. guests out bidding each other for a bloody table). My recommendations: 1. Drop the jacket requirement. Good lord. Locals don't want to wear them (and won't) and travelers to PS aren't going to pack them. And btw - if a dress code is required, then make it something for both sexes and not just men. 2. Comp valet parking if you eat at Mister Parkers. The bill is going to be enormous. 3. Offer some prix fixe options and don't require sides to be purchased separately. Everyone knows it is a money grab. 4. OpenTable or Resy works just fine. Keep it simple. This bidding thing puts guests at odds with each other. Do you want to create this experience? 5. Whoever is in charge of hiring and training, give them a promotion or pay increase. The hotel employees are very nice. I wish the team good luck. I will say that the staff is very friendly.

Mister Parkers is the coolest room in town. Walls full of sexy art, dark and moody and a playlist you could listen to all night. The service is impeccable and the food is great. Yes a bit pricy, but no more than other fine dining establishments. They require men to wear a jacket, which is a nice elevation. The sort of place to get really dressed up for, which is a nice touch in a usually very casual Palm Springs. We have already made a reservation for next week. We can't wait to return. Then back to New Zealand.

10/10 Experience! My wife and I went to Mister Parker as a celebration for her birthday and let me tell you, they made this such a VIBE! From the music, the service, the quality, etc. everything was incredible and led to an amazing evening. Our server was kind, funny, and very welcoming of two non-foodies. The GM made sure to check in on us and everyone around us on multiple occasions.I will say, the price can be a bit high, however, well worth the experience and food!

Food was good. Not great. Cocktails very good. Service was good enough for Palm Springs, probably the star here. Nothing spectacular with any of the food items, just competent . Wine list was poor. No half bottles available, really minimal choices for this price point. Men are required to wear jackets, which is silly for 114 degree weather , although women can wear halter tops. Not really a quality experience like a good European restaurant.

Our experience was amazing! Definitely will be back! We had the oysters to start, Sea Bass and Scallops, only thing we didn't much care for was the fried brussel sprouts, everything else was top notch!
