The food was good, the service was nice, the place was clean and it wasn't too difficult to find a seat.

Bad service with delivery (Uber eats, doordash orders) we don't work for Panda company, we work as drivers for Uber or Doordash so is NOT our responsibility to fill drinks and be aware of what is missing in the orders, so many clients complain about missing sauces, don't confuse who are your employees. One of many reasons why the drivers don't want to PICK UP an order from this food place.

Worst experience I have ever had. This company is going downhill and fast. The worker ignored me, and I was standing at the station for 5 minutes while he finished mopping the kitchen. There's about 6 workers, and none of them pay any attention.Anyways, the fried rice is dry, and the chow mein is like plastics. I had kompo chicken and teriyaki chicken, which , by the way, is a small little brest nothing like the good old days when it was juicy. It was dry, so I had to ask for the teriyaki sauce. For the first time in my 20 years, I had to ask for sauce. Yes, I ate at the original PE at Grendel Mall back in the days. The worker was out of it. And moat of all, I did not get my fortune cookie. Last time, I'm going back to PE. My experience there isn't like it used to be. I hate to say it. I'm over it!Parking: Parking is easy when it's not during lunchtime. It gets paked, and it's shared with Ralph's.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is one parking spot, and it's not easy to get in or out.

I don't know what happened to this location, I have eaten there frequently in the past, the food wasn't fresh and the staff wasn't very friendly, I didn't even finish my orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I may try another location. I wasn't surprised to see the poor eating here.

Always have had an excellent meal there; once in awhile in early evening they run out of certain dishes and don't seem to want to prepare more.

The food is fresh and excellent for a Fast Food restaurant. Note: if they are out of a dish, they will make it while you wait and everything is Fresh &

FYI: Went to Panda Express today at Ramon and Sunrise in Palm Springs. It's been closed down by the Riverside County Health Department for health code violations. Was told it'll be shut for at least a week.

Walked in at 11am, Panda opens at 9:30, and there was only 3 menu items available with no visible activity going on in the kitchen. It also seemed the server Hallie was going to have none of our needs fulfilled. We wanted to veggies rolls and was told they would not be making them at that time even though we didn't bother asking for anything else other than what was available. Hallie you need to lighten up. Horrible attitude. The Panda Express on Ramon and Gene Autry is 10x better.
