It's shocking what a few years have done to this location. It is absolutely gross ! They are lucking the health department hasn't seen the mens restroom. The restaurant floors are sticky. The fountain machine is broken or always needing repair ! Despite the countless complaints from customers you continue to drive this store into the ground . The look of the place looks like it needs remodeling. The food has gone down the tubes. Anything chicken has been cooked probably a week ago and served as fresh ! Absolutely Gross ! Will never set foot in there again !

I always grab the classic Shrimp Burrito. It's filled with shrimp, never leaving you to wonder where all the meat is. It tastes good as is, but I always go overboard with their self serve salsa on the side. You can go ham with cilantro and lime. The entree gives you chips on the side. BUT if you take the survey that's part of your receipt you can either choose a free drink or ANY dessert. Which is insane by the way. I LOVE their blondie toffee brownies. You need their chipotle salsa in your life, that flavor is one of the reasons I come back when I'm in the mood for Mexican food. Even when their dining room is filled, it's still enjoyable to eat inside. Pretty well maintained with everything in the store. Now about the employees their newest team manager, Jason, is a much needed addition. He was extremely sweet, friendly, patient and an all star team player. He talked to customers both during the transactions and to check up on them during their meal. So uncalled for in terms of service, I was blown away. He was so personable, he even got to cleaning tables and checking on stirring the pumped juice drinks as the pulp was settling. Sebastian who seemed to be a cook, was also very nice. When Jason had a question with redeeming our survey code, he helped in. He didn't give off the normal food service vibe of "what now" he was actually very helpful and friendly as well. All in all you have a great team now!

This place is absolutely amazing, their food is always on point amazingly prepared always ready when you get there and the staff is always super polite, I love it here I’d eat here 7 days a week if I could! Amazing 5 stars all day!

its always a hit when i get to eat at rubio's! i love their blacken mahi-mahi tacos on a keto tortilla. always spot on with flavor. they have a super spicy salsa that satisfies my spicy craving. they have great tasting burritos too! service is always great and its always kept clean. you can eat outside or in their patio.
Was in the restaurant around noon today and had some amazing food! The shrimp tacos with the side of extra guac and chips will be something I’ll be coming back for. However what made this experience stand out was the server. I got his name towards the end of my meal for he seemed very busy. He introduced himself as Coleman. He was very kind, sweet, and very welcoming to the needs of me as a customer. This kind of customer service was something I had not experienced nor expected in a casual setting like this. I will definitely be coming back for more. Everyone should know that this place is not only good food for a decent price, but the employees make the time memorable!

I just started working here yesterday and this place is literally amazing; I've been treated with such respect and welcoming it's incredible! All the food is fresh and the staff is like a family. That unique passion for both quality food and great customer service that seems to be rare these days is nothing if not exemplified by Rubios; from the meticulous food inspection to the routine cleaning, this place is by far one of the best semi-fast food restaurants in Palm Springs. Come see me!

Went hard for lunch and there was a guy at the front, obviously his first day, but he was very friendly and helpful. Definitely higher level customer service than I was expecting. His name was Coleman and he made my lunch break so much better, just by being nice and helpful so many of these cashier's there days are so rude... Not Coleman! Will def be back for some shrimp quesadillas!

After having an incredibly delicious meal and great service at Rubio's in Menifee, this location was a disaster. I told my husband that Rubio's has the best fish tacos EVER based on my experiences at Menifee. First, there was no welcome, no eye contact from the female cashier, no thank you no nothing. Then to add insult to injury, my taco came out in less that a minute, and it was stone cold! My husband ordered guac and chips, he said the guac had no flavor except cumin, the chips were cold and tasted stale. I sent my taco back and they fried a new piece of fish, which as it turns out was 90% breading. I was so pissed off I threw it in the trash and my husband did the same with his. We will NOT be back. The staff particularly the female cashier needs training in hospitality and should pay more attention to customers instead of spending so much time getting herself endless Cokes.
