Stood in line waiting for breakfast well before breakfast service was schedule to end. The line was so slow when I got to the front at 10:01 I was told they couldn't serve breakfast "because the computer".That's the terrible excuse. This place's management needs to get it together. There's a reason it has a terrible rating.

Sat in line for 20 minutes while the hostess went for a break. 10 tables were empty. Finally sat down and 20 minutes later no one came to the table. They need to figure this out!!!!

Do yourself a favor and pick up some to-go from Sherman’s on your way to the airport. This joint is a classic example of why monopolies are bad for consumers.

Small portions, rip off prices, and long waitsEven in fancy restaurants serving complicated dishes, a 45-minute wait for a sandwich or salad to-go is insane. Also, they serve meager half portions; just a few fries with the fish and chips and just *half* a cup of tomato soup. Not even worth the wait or high prices. Very fishy too.

Just watched three people from the service staff help one another consolidate the garbage behind the bar into one giant bag, spilling some things onto the floor and picking them up by hand to put in the bag. Not one of them washed their hands afterward. ?

Joel was a great server this morning! Was super busy but he was quick and friendly. Food was ok lol expensive for a small portion which is why I’m only rating 4 stars. Nice view though!

Was seated and sat there for 20 minutes while wait staff walked around. Two different times one waitress said ‘we will be right with you’ but never was…. No one seems happy working there and it showed in their customer service. We are all here to catch a plane and on a time crunch. You have to serve people quick in an airport restaurant/ bar.

I have to take a moment to comment on how impressed we were with the staff today. First off, the hostess was so friendly and seemed to go out of her way for multiple customers. On top of that, despite how crazy busy it was with the Super Bowl, our server was attentive and kind. He didn’t judge me for my questions about the menu and drinks. He was just kind. Lastly, I don’t know who helped but I left my backpack and didn’t know until I was on the plane. The staff of the airline with the server and hostess got it to our gate and they put it through the window to the pilot! I was nearly in tears and these people were so helpful.While I wish I could compliment the food more - it was just what you might expect. Probably mostly frozen. But just fine. The fries were actually well cooked and not soggy.We really thank the team there, especially with how busy it was during the game. Thank you all!

The food is super basic; I can make way better at home. The prices are ridiculous and the portions are laughable. The ONLY good thing about it was the view, which they had nothing to do with. This place better elevate their situation because when the new restaurant opens inside the terminal, it's gonna kill them.

Because I ordered from the Togo widow I was not allowed to eat in the restaurant. I tried to explain I didn't know that and would have ordered from the waiter if I had, could I sit at the bar? I asked. No said the waiter you need to leave. Got a refund and will wait for my next stop to eat at a decent restaurant.

The food was average yet expensive (typical for an airport restaurant). The service was poor - it was 20+ minutes for my server to return to my table after delivering my meal. And I watched her and others clear tables to seat other guests but not wipe down the tables.
