I'm leaving this review because I want you to succeed. All of us have waited for three years for something to fill your space on Arenas. I've eaten there three times and none have been great. I understand opening is never easy but simple fixes would make it great. Small Menu-so food should be excellent. It's not. I had buffalo sliders. Frozen tenders on a bun with slaw. If you're making something like this brine your own chicken, excellent(house made specialty cornflake or Doritos crunchy outer layer, best slaw, make a signature mix, let it be a star and not a boring, ordinary chain quality disappointment. Get rid of those awful potatoes in the side. They're not working...everyone I talk to doesn't like them. Service is getting there. Your manager/ host is great. Servers seem unsure. Great brunch items would be killer. Please guys you can be rockstars....i honestly don't want to come back again but I want to support you because I live in this street. .

Someone recommended we stop into this small restaurant and bar right on Arenas near all the gay bars. Wonderful place with great staff and great food. My husband had the lobster eggs Benedict and he said it's the best he has ever had. I had the wedge salad and the pork potstickers. We both had drinks. Everything was amazing and we highly recommend this place. Their outdoor patio is very cute and good for people watching and great view of the mountains. Our server, Tara, was awesome!!

Was my first stop of the day...espresso martini and biscuits and gravy were the perfect pair. Jym, my bartender was a great conversationalist and was the first to greet me. 10/10 recommend.

Oh my god!!! The dinner I had at Sonny's was supremely delicious. I was here the night before and had meatloaf to die for!!! And the waiter- who I cannot recall his name was so much fun! Tonight Jen was my server and she was delightful. She recommended the salmon and it was beyond delicious. As any chef will tell you- it's all about the sauce! And she brought me extra!! Umm yeah! Bottom line--- this is great food served by very sweet people in a fun area! I'll be back!

Best restaurant in Palm Springs. Food is incredible, prices are reasonable (especially for drinks), and the service is truly phenomenal. Jacqueline and Tulio treated us like one of the family and went above and beyond. Couldn’t be happier with our experience and will 100% be back anytime we are in town!

We had our first meal at Sonny's last night, I began feeling sick as soon as we left the restaurant. It continued all evening and into this morning. I remember that the chicken didn't 'taste right' last night, I think that was the culprit. The staff and atmosphere was nice though.

Great venue for a quick bite or full meal! All day menu that features small individual & shareable dishes, plus a happy hour menu from 2-5 pm will cover whatever you're hungry for!
Don't leave many reviews but a friend and I checked this place out last night and the food was really good. Service was a little weird when we went in but a server grabbed us and sat us quickly. He made a mistake with my friend's order but we ended up keeping what he bought out. Can't remember what they bought to us by mistake but also really good. They were super gracious about the mistake and repeatedly apologized. Honest mistake so no harm; loved the service and the food. Will be back. Forgot...the seasonal veggies they served us last night I could have eaten as a meal by themselves. Sooo good.

We were the third table there, coffee arrived, and it was ice cold. Waited 20 minutes without our order being taken. I've heard bad things about this place but decided to give it a try anyway. I won't be back. I have no idea what their food taste like, but assuming it would arrive cold as well.

Our party of 5 liked it. Food looks and tastes great. But, no vegan/vegetarian options. So, 4 of 5 were able to eat. Support your non meat eating friends and go somewhere else.

Our new favorite spot in Palm Springs! The ambiance is stunning, down to every detail. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. But, the food....YUM! We tried several items from the menu, and loved all of them! Each dish was platted with care, and looked as good as they tasted. Don't wait to try Sonny's soon!
