This is the most disgusting sandwich saturated in mayonnaise. I contacted the store since I ordered on their website and the girl that answered the phone was clueless, said uh manager won't be here till Monday, today is saturday. So food and customer service stunk. I'm upset I paid a total of 24 dollars and change. I have to call Monday to talk to a manager to get a refund. I better get that refund

I visited palm springs store located at corner of Vista Chino and North Sunrise way they refused to honor their coupon that I had in hand. The coupon was due to expire 5/21/23. I visited the store at approx. 12:45PM on 4/23/23. I asked for a number 4 and the server was very pleasant and efficient. When I went to pay the cashier refused to honor the Subway coupon and said it does not apply to No. 4 sandwich. I went back and looked at their advertisement and there was NO MENTION of any sandwich exclusion. I went to Jersey Mike's .
Worst Subway in Palm Springs. Older lady always rude and in a bad mood every time I come. I came in to pick up my sandwich and they gave it to another person and they said that someone picked up my sandwich already not only they gave it to a random person they were giving me a hard time and wanted proof of my receipt and asking for my last name and phone number. Next time they should start Checking pickup online orders confirmation numbers! Unprofessional !

I mean, it's a Subway chain... so hit or miss... but I have to say, this one is consistently 'okay' and it happens to be walking distance from a resort I enjoy, and when I don't want to go out, don't want to Uber anywhere, but I've had a few drinks by the pool... I can pop in, grab a wrap and some Sun Chips and a Diet Coke, and get on with my night. Don't know that they do anything amazing... it's not the most spotless Subway location (though it's never terrible). But it's there, it's convenient, and it's pretty consistent all things considered. You could do worse.

I just tried your protein bowl for the first time because apparently you no longer serve the chop salads. It was good aside from the fact that I had to take it home and chop everything up myself so that I could eat it. She put the meat on the bottom unchopped and all the veggies on top unchopped. Why would you take the chop salad off the menu and replace it with this. Honestly I will eat it again but I shouldn’t have to take it home and chop it up myself.
