I have only wonderful things to say about Trypps. I live in Los Angeles and needed a delivery service in Palm Desert to pick up some food at Sherman's Deli and to stop at a supermarket and get a few items for my sick friend. Michael returned my call within 30 minutes, picked up and delivered everything to my friend's doorstep all in the timeframe I asked for. He is honest, fair, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Michael, if you read this, thanks again.

I don't think I have ever experienced this level of customer service. Mike went above and beyond to help me with an urgent last minute delivery. From driving to staples to updating me continuously throughout the process to ensure that it was getting done exactly how I requested. I really wish I could give more than five stars! Shouting all the way from Louisiana what an amazing job Michael and his team did for us. My best friend who is blind and disabled had to move suddenly from Long Beach to Louisiana. He was unable to pack his belongs and bring them with him because of disabilities. I reached to out Michael to see if he had someone who could go to my friends old home, pack his items, then ship them to us. I had no clue what all was there that needed to be picked up. They picked up everything, repacked it for me then went to UPS and Greyhound (to ship busfreighter). I can't sing his praises enough, he went above and beyond and his prices were very reasonable.

Wonderful service. I had a friend call me from the ICU in Palm Springs. He had no one in town to help. He had his phone but no charger. In less than 30 minutes Mike had gone to a store, bought a charger and delivered it to the hospital room for me. Great job! This is customer service at its best.

If there was a way to give Mike 10 stars, or 500 stars, or a million, I would. Absolutely fantastic phenomenal professional courteous and outstanding service. Anything u could ever ask for in a courier, it's him. I was in a serious bind (work related) and contacted him in a somewhat panicked mode (left something at a hotel in his area, and I live out of town) and he not only stepped up to help but did so in an absolutely fantastic and timely manner. I'd trust him with any job, big or small. He should have shown up with a cape on, super hero status. (This was no easy task btw. Not just a simple long boring drive. Its storming now and traffic was insane). He absolutely turned around a horrible stressful chaotic situation for me and I couldn't be more pleased right now.
