Staff doesn't make you feel welcome, security staff doesn't make you feel safe. Completely unprofessional security. This is a service industry that relies on patrons. They singled us out. Until they find a staff who cares about their customers they need to close down. I will never be going back.

This was the worst experience we had in Palm Springs. We were there to get a quick night cap at the end of the night and were treated with extreme hostility by a member of the staff. Unless you are a regular here, this place is not for you. We were in the middle of a darts game when last-call was called, and as it was called and the staff member immediately shut off the machine. We didn't complain, but just remained at our table. The bar was still open for another 30 minutes after that point. The staff member who turned off the machine came over to us and hostilely kicked us out of the bar, when we had done nothing offensive. We are visiting from out of town, which seems to be our only offense, as none of the other people at the bar were treated in that way. I have never been so disappointed in a vacation experience.

Seriously NOT dog friendly. Who doesn't like dogs. I got yelled at by these FN losers just peaking my head in to see what's going on, and there were only (I'm assuming) three cat lovers in the entire place, Gfy. Hope ya go out of biz! Woof!

Kinda dark and dirty. Had one drink and played some pool. Just a weird vibe.

This dive bar at least needs some paint to cover up the holes in the floor, it's perfect for young people 21 to about oh35-ish not paying attention to their surroundings, playing dancing, running in and out and having a great time. Not an attractive place for someone that's maybe a little older notices everything in environment. One young women was at the bar with 1 back for supply! Televisions were high, but only in the back of the bar so it was purely a dive bar for the front, and zero entertainment. Like I said, this is a dive bar in need of repair in the floors and walls, but a great place for young people to run around and play, I had a good time that night. The physical plant was not good.

Super unprofessional front door security. We Came here to visit with my clients and take them out for a drink and a dance. My partner has a service 13lb dog that the security didn't let in at all. We showed him his service vest but no love. No understanding as the dog is trained. I will Not come back here ever as they discriminate against us mainly cause I feel I am Mexican with a shaved head and gold on my neck however I am super nice. I'll take my cash elsewhere

This property is being taken much better care of under new ownership this part year. While its dated in some ways, the rooms are large, clean and taken care of, I was pleasantly surprised after reading some of the review found in Trip Advisor. New ownership has cleaned up and modernized the lobby, still areas that are dated but its obvious they are working on things. In the past I avoided this hotel because of the reputation, I took a chance and stayed for 3 nights. I am so glad I did, the location in the heart of downtown makes its one of the best places to stay that allows you to walk out your front door to the shops and restaurants that line the streets. Street fairs and festivals were being held within a block or two. I am so glad I decided to stay and will return without hesitation, give this property a shot, you will not be disappointed. The pool area is fine, but very dated, too much concrete, needs softened up. Rooms are large and each has a balcony. Lobby has been updated, staff is great, you can tell they are working hard to improve the image and make guests feel welcome. The "resort fee" included valet in and out privileges with a full staff of attendants. Internet worked great too, that was included in the fee, they had bingo going in the lobby one night and had happy hour down there in the lobby. Do not hesitate to stay here if downtown is your destination to base out of while enjoying Palm Springs.

Serving alcohol is a responsibility and you don’t seem to do it very well …. I came to your establishment to pick up a family member. I stood outside of your bar at 1 AM and I watched several disgustingly intoxicated people fall out of your back door. Warning to Whoever is over pouring at this establishment, I will bring the wrath of Environmental Health down upon you. My family member informed me that you were pouring 4 ounce shots. You alcohol poisoned my family member. ~ Argue TIP with me, I dare you.

The only place where you can play pool and arcade games on arenas. The staff is super friendly especially Jr and Scotty. It’s the cheers bar of Palm Springs where all the locals know
