Solid froyo spot! I was impressed with how high quality the toppings were. The fruit was very fresh. Good selection. I had the vanilla froyo which was a little bit on the icier side but still refreshing on a hot day. My mom got tart and coconut and really enjoyed both. Cute place!

Kids said the froyo was good. I couldn't say the same for the ice cream. Little taste and didn't feel like quality natural ingredients, in spite of the high prices.

There was just myself and one employee when I walked in the store. I asked her a few questions and asked if I could have a sample of the cherry gelato and she gave it to me and I said well that’s it it’s delicious. She showed me the sizes And the gelato comes with certain numbers of scoops in the sizes provided. I pointed to the largest one, the pint. She looked up at me and said “that’s a lot,” “are you sure you want that many scoops?” I replied “this is for takeout”.At that time4 more customers walked in. Because I was thinking of changing my order. I said you can take care of them first, and I pointed to one of the couples. Ben I walked up to the counter where the register was so that she would take care of my order before the other couples. She started to take care of the other couple when the woman said “no, I believe she was here before us.”Another employee came out from the back at that time and she was taking care of another client. That other employee said this is yours and started to hand me an ice cream cone and I said no I did not order an ice cream cone and she went back-and-forth with me for a minute. During this exchange, the original gal that was helping me with standing right there, and said nothing. So I put my hand up and said I did not order the ice cream cone. She knows what I want. She can help me please. I tell the original that was helping me I’ll go ahead and have the pint with the cherry gelato. She looked up at me, puzzled and said what which one do you want And I said I want the pint she said you don’t want this one and she pointed to the size smaller than the pint. I said no I never suggested that I wanted any other size, so why are you asking. And she said well it sounded like you were confused and hadn’t made up your mind. She got the larger size and put the scoops of gelato in them and just sat it in front of me on the counter remind you I already paid just under $20. And goes to help another customer. I asked the other employee if she knew? How long is she been here? And the other employee said no she’s been here a while. And I explained she didn’t put a lid on it and I told her it was takeout. She didn’t offer me a bag or spoon. At that point, the other employee started to defend why she hadn’t done those things. I found that very undermining, almost as if this is how they do it she wasn’t going to do it any other way. I asked for her name and she said she’s the manager and her name is Lauren and it also said that the other girls name I believe she said was Karin. This was very poor customer service and with all the choices to go to other yogurt places I will not be coming back to your store!!!

Overall review is a 1/5. The gelato was delicious, the customer service was laughable. The manager was actually making excuses for the employee. I haven't seen that for quite a while, given the competition in the food industry. I'll go elsewhere for my sweet treat from now on.

Great location. Service is quick and kind. Cute little juice and yoghurt bar on the main strip of downtown Palm Springs. We ordered two 20oz freshly squeezed lemonades at $5,50 each. The cup comes half full of ice and the lemonade is pretty much lemon flavoured water. Know what? When you're thirsty, you just drink the lemon water. But wouldn't recommend this menu item.

This place is a great value. We enjoyed the largest acai bowl of our life haha and a date shake. Both were fantastic and hit the spot. Prices can't be beat unless you want a specialized kind of bowl. They also have juices, smoothies, and froyo so a little bit of everything you might crave in the heat. The guy taking our orders was friendly and gave his advice on which items were tastier.

if you order a $7 freshly squeezed juice i expect them to freshly squeeze the juice. instead i got the bottom of a jug of a few day old juice...no pride in what they serve. STUNK and i am angry. Went to go back and return it by then the one employee they had was now dealing with multiple customers and had no more patience. Have more people then one at the counter on a weekend

I was so hungry before we found a place to eat lunch. I came in here looking for frozen yogurt samples, and there were no sample cups sadly. I came back after lunch and got a 2 oz turmeric shot for $6 after standing in line. It's supposed to help inflammation I'll let you know if it works
