We went to the Palm Springs Air Museum and decided to eat lunch there since it was so convenient. It was really cool, the table was under the wing of a plane which was something we had not done before. Our lunch was good and the service was very nice. We had the Rueben sandwich and it was really tasty!

Great lunch at the cafe inside the air museum. Very cool to sit under the massive wing of the B-17. Very yummy burger too.

The management has changed as of around February of 2023. They have made improvements to the menu. In addition to the lunch menu they offer a small selection of donuts and pastries in the morning with coffee. I had the chicken avocado wrap with chips. It was larger than I expected and pretty good. Service was quick. A great way to have lunch or a snack while visiting the museum. This is located inside the Palm Springs Air Museum.

What a fun, new place for a great breakfast or lunch! Enjoy a delicious cheeseburger, or a tasty pizza under the wing of a glimmering old war plane in the Palm Springs Air Museum! (Museum admission is NOT required to dine.)I had the Victory Cheesesteak Sandwich, which was to die for! Best I've had in a long time. The menu is pretty extensive (even a kids menu), including breakfasts, burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, several sandwich choices, sales, soups, tacos, burritos, pizzas, and more!Prices are very reasonable, and the service is friendly and fun.Bring the family and make a day of it!

The hamburger was delicious and for the quality of the burger , very fairly priced. The two women were very pleasant and helpful. Definitely worth eating there if visiting the museum.

Rainy day in Palm Springs our guests and I went to the Air Museum in Palm Springs. Arrived and the grill smells reminded us we were hungry. Well, we ordered the hamburger la and hot dog. The hamburgers was beyond delicious! I enjoyed the hot dog. Great spot just tucked away in the museu...hence, we stayed later as we had a very satisfying meal. No fries but potato chips are an always hit. Michaela was super friendly with such nice way about her. Many Thanks. We had a magical day on my birthday! See you next time!

We went because Apple Maps still lists it as Freedom Fighter Cafe with Great Reviews. FF cafe is now Victory Cafe!!! Victory for them selling less-than average burgers with mystery meat on a Tiny store brand bun. Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 sides, 4 ice creams, and two drinks. Tater Tot side was $3 and I literally received 11 potato tot tater tots. Horribly slow and disorganized with only 3 tables dining. Our sides came after asking for them several times and as we took our last literal bite they brought our sides out. (35 minutes after we ordered and 15 after we received our sandwiches. If you go you've been warned. It's not a canteen because there isn't any beer, right? We're there a few hours ago. NOT GOOD!

A great little oasis in a desert of aircraft. Sit down and enjoy a cold drink and a light snack, and yet still admire all those beautiful airplanes in your field of view. I chose a table just about under the port wing of a B-17G. My snack was a Grilled Chicken Wrap, and it was really good ! It contained an adequate amount of white meat chicken cubes, shredded lettuce, diced tomato and ranch dressing. All wrapped in a flour tortilla for $8.00. I think this little snack bar is staffed by volunteers, and the service was just fine. The menu is surprisingly comprehensive for a snack bar, dozens of choices, and many cold soft drinks offered.

Cuban sandwich was good but the kitchen was way understaffed and no one warned us our meal would take an hour from the time it was orders until it was served
