The server was absolutely amazing! Consistent, very kind, extremely good with kids. Did not skip a beat. I truly appreciated his service. His name is Anthony, if anyone has the pleasure to get him as their server, they will not be disappointed. The food was incredible. Served very quickly and tasted delicious! It was definitely one of our best nights out as a family hands down. Left very full and extremely satisfied.Kid-friendliness: They have many different options on their kid menu compared to most restaurants. It makes for a very satisfying time because the kids are happy and have a lot more to choose from as well as enjoy.

Do not bother going. manager Joe had zero empathy. One of the orders was incorrect we waited over 20 minutes for the correct food to come, while the rest of the parties food got cold. The Manager Joe delivered the order and had zero empathy and they still charged us the entire amount.

We were seated quickly, Waited over 2 hours to get dessert and the clam chowder soup bread bowl. The clam chatter was disgusting and served cold. It tasted like Someone opened up a cheap can of soup. The waitresses would come by every 25 minutes and say oh yeah your meal is on the way. Very unhappy with the service discussed with the food.

Even worse second try. There were so many ordering problems. It was an absolute nightmare and the burger still wasn't done right. None of my payment methods worked correctly and I got so frustrated I am never coming here again.From last visit: I wanted to try BJ's for the first time and I came away rather mixed in my take. My server was doing her best but it was a busy night. I ordered the Hickory brisket and bacon burger. I asked for medium rare and instead they burnt it within half an inch of its life. Cows from the 19th century felt that. And on top of that the bun was also burnt aggressively. If one or the other had been lighter than it would've been alright but it just wasn't pleasant to eat. Everything was basically burnt and overcooked. Even the fries. They have the option for all you can eat fries and that's often something I really enjoy but I just wasn't interested in having such hard to chew french fries over and over. Something a little on the softer side like with Red Robin would have been good to indulge. I appreciated that I was given some sauce choices like ranch and buffalo on request. But it couldn't save most of the entrée. The bacon and brisket was really nice on the burger and being able to put the sauce on as I wished was also nice asking for it on the side. But the burger was just totally destroyed by the grill along with the bun and just wasn't a good experience.It was especially strange because I specifically asked for medium rare and they went as far as humanly possible from that request. I could've turned the burger away but I don't forgo food so long as I'm not allergic to it and I feel bad about complaining but it was just a very poor experience all around for my very first time. The overall attitude was very disinterested. It was a busy night and I'm willing to forgive that but not the best first time at this restaurant. The bathroom was a little bit horrifying as well. If you want a breathtaking burger, I would highly recommend Chili's before BJ's or even Red Robin in the same area at the mall.I also ordered a Caesar salad which was fortunate because I had to wait so long for the burger. That was not a problem. The problem was it took all that time and it came out so terribly disappointing. The Caesar salad was fine, a little wilted in parts but that something that these places, especially Chili's, deals with. But I find that even though starters and salads tend to be underwhelming from many of these category of restaurants, the entrée is where it starts to shine. Chili's entrées are practically blessed by some divine figure from beyond that anoints them like a chosen child. Everything else they offer can be hit and miss but the entrées are practically beyond belief.Unfortunately BJ's doesn't have the same consistent splendor when it comes to their entrées. I don't know if I would go again to this place. It's a pretty poor first impression but I might give them another shot now that I know I have to unfortunately remind them multiple times how I want the burger done.

Service was excellent, except when they gave my wife her salad( we were celebrating a very special occasion), the salad had tangle hair with sweater fabric, she took it out of her mouth, the server was passing by as my wife was gaging and removing it,he apologized assured us the manager will make sure to void our bill apologized and more, but when the manager came instead of apologizing he said he wander were did the bulk of hair had come from( wife has red hair, the bulk was blonde), we couldn’t celebrate day was ruined, first time ever, now accidents happen but the manager totally blew it, he charge me everything except the salad even do we couldn’t eat anything anymore, he, the server was sad and keep apologizing for his manager actions, I can’t believe that my first time there celebrating a very special occasion and the manager couldn’t turn something do nasty and nightmare into a positive change, I could have done something legally but my celebration was ruin no going back on time, wish they would have had a different manager, I hope when they look at sales they know now why they dropping, I’m very sorry to my wife I ruin her special celebration by choosing so poorly.

2-26-24 Not great tonight. Food was barely warm. Service was lacking.Past review:BJ'S is a chain restaurant that is really good! The food is usually great! The BJs in Palmdale generally stays true to this, however, a couple of times, a waitress has got the order dead wrong or the food preparation was not good and I sent the food back. My son and I eat here often as the movie theater is right next door!

Our waiter was friendly and attentive - good service overall. I like that we are able to make reservations in advance through OpenTable. The food was nothing to rave about - it wasn't bad but just "fair" - the wrapper for the Avocado Roll was too thick, so it wasn't light and crispy; the fish used in the Fish and Chips was slightly watery and not firm so we know it's been in the freezer for awhile; the Lemon Pepper Chicken wings wings were okay.
