Came for pi day, there was a line out the door. This wasn’t an issue, but the workers then came out 2 hours before closing to say the deal was over. It was at an odd time to say that; I understand if it was at an exact time but it was about 8:16 pm. And I checked the app before leaving my house to make sure of any rules or if it ends at a certain time, but there was no such fine print stating that. It would have been nice to know there was a cut off time so me and everyone else could have planned accordingly.

Ordered a veggie pizza that was supposed to have no cheese, with mushrooms, onions, basil & arugula. The pizza showed up and it was a semi raw piece of dough with 4 splotches of red sauce not even covering the crust. No veggies. It was inedible. I called and spoke with the manager, Jackson and was told they were busy and he couldn’t get me another one as they were busy nor give me a refund. He was rude and dismissive. Not only was the quality of food horrible but the manager was also. Won’t be ordering from there again as they didn’t care about making this right.Being “busy” is no excuse for poor quality food or for being rude. As a manager it’s his job to make sure things are done right.

Last time I was at a different Blaze, I had horrible service, and the individual putting toppings on was rude and put as little as possible on my pizza. This time, I wanted to give it another shot and and I did have good service this time, but again, whenever I asked for extra toppings, it was as little as possible. I was very disappointed as I can go to any other pizza place like this (Mod Pizza) and get a full toppings pizza. Also, I don't think they had cleaned the oven in a while as the whole bottom of my pizza was burnt and ashy. Unfortunately, I will no longer give or recommend Blaze Pizza to anyone.

As promised, I went back in with my family & even though the line was past the door they made sure to get everyone order out as soon as possible. I am pleased by this amazing staff here, they're all friendly, welcoming with a big positive attitude. I couldn't get there rest of their names due to how busy they were but i definitely remember Raymond, Antwan & Jacob there. The atmosphere was a little packed but however they had someone out there checking in on customers and cleaning as well. I received my order in a timely manner and it was delicious. Thank you again Blaze Pizza. Keep up the good work.

If I could give it less than 1, I would. After a bad experience at the Lancaster store two weeks ago, we decided to try the Palmdale location. Again, 2 lazy and unfriendly kids are " working." We walked in... no one else in the place. Both ignored us and chatted with each other. After several minutes and no acknowledgment, we left and had a pretty decent pizza at Red Robin. We are done with Blaze pizza.

Super dirty and the outside it’s even worse for a food place it kind of ruins the experience. Management should be more aware of this. Definitely not coming
I ordered 5 pizzas, 4 were gluten free and undercooked! It was disappointing and a waste of my money and time, I filled out the survey and I have yet to hear back. For being a huge chain of restaurants I had higher expectations!Employees should check to make sure gluten free dough is fully cooked and not doughy and slimy!I spent $92! Huge disappointment, would not return or recommend!

I ordered 5 pizzas, 4 were gluten free and undercooked! It was disappointing and a waste of my money and time, I filled out the survey and I have yet to hear back. For being a huge chain of restaurants I had higher expectations! Employees should check to make sure gluten free dough is fully cooked and not doughy and slimy! I spent $92! Huge disappointment, would not return or recommend!

Was hot and muggy inside. I told the worker, he said it’s the oven doing it. Employee was pretty indifferent to how uncomfortable it is for customers. It’s most definitely not from the oven. Takes away your appetite.They also refuse to give out water cups. They try to force you to buy bottled water or a soda. I had cup my hands to drink water out of the faucet in the bathroom.On the lower end of quality blaze pizzas.

Technically it doesn’t deserve a star. Staff is not friendly, outside sitting is ridiculous dirty, lettuce some are already turning black, white sauce mix with some red, cheese all over the counter and what’s worst is my pizza, the dough was not cooked all the way!!!

Been here twice. All the pizzas were tasty. Last time, wife ordered a LARGE yet they goofed and made an 11". They remade a large and gave us the small. Nice ingredients... will be back.
