Wings are smaller than my pinky, they get stingy with the chicken legs ( give u more flats ) , overseasoned , wait time is too long 45+ min, constantly mess up orders, better off going to Wingstop in my opinion

My dad and I are from Bakersfield but we had a job walk about 40 mins from here and on our way back we drove out of our way to eat here and at first the chicken was a bit on the tough side but as soon as I let them know they without question not only replaced my meal but my dads too. Made our whole order fresh. It was so good and juicy and great flavor! Staff was so accommodating and was so sweet. Thank you and we WILL be back to eat again.

Beware when placing your order here, they will steal your money and then pretend they can’t refund you what is yours. I ordered 2 meals and instead of charging me for the $30 meal for two (with the same exact items) the cashier Karen charged me for 2 individual meals. When I asked her why my order was $40 instead of $30 she began arguing with me saying she couldn’t change it or give me a refund. Then “John” stated they needed a manager in order to change it but conveniently there was no manager on duty. They kept my $10 and refused a refund. As if the money goes to their own check. Never coming here again.

Do not order at Palmdale! They will charge your overcharge your order and refuse to give a refund. I placed an order for my meals and they overcharged me and did not want to give a refund. When you ask for a manager, there never is one. If you don’t want to have your money stolen from here do not order from this location!! It’s happened to me twice already!
