This is the most disappointing bdubs we have ever been to. As soon as we get there, our server goes on break and the new server never put our order in or checked in. The usual server comes back and forgets our silverware, brings us cold food, and half our drinks absolutely did not have the tequila we asked for. My shoes were literally stuck to the floor because of whatever food had been stuck in the carpet before us. On top of that, the checks were wrong and they charged an automatic gratuity on every check on a table of 4 people. plus entrance fees for the UFC fight.

I dont go often, and I dont know if it was just yesterday, but the food was (to put it kindly) not good. Dry wings, hard almost burnt tots, cheese sticks old tasting and hard fries (not crispy, but hard...how do you screw up fries?). Service was great and Manager was accommodating and replaced the cheese sticks, so, thanks for that

We had a party of 6. Our server never showed up to take our order until I had to get an employees attention and let them know, that know one had not even taken our drink order. Very unorganized establishment. Seems like the managers and employees don't know what they are doing.

Absolutely horrible service. The manager Daniel was rude and not helpful at all. I was given the wrong flavor wings and she refused to fix my order for me or give me a refund. I asked for a side of the mild sauce and when brought out it was correct but she still refused to change my wings that had clearly the wrong sauce on them. EDIT: I did talk to the sports bar manager Daniel to refund me or remake my wings with the correct sauce and she still refused to give me a refund. I left my whole order on the counter and left.

I'm back. Two weeks ago I was here for a good time. The power went out after I was served my beer. Wanh! I was only here for a few minutes and I haven't been here before.Like I said, I came back, Lupe remembered me and my beer order. Amazing recall.No more words.
Everything was going fine until offensive music was being played. I got up to tell the lady up front that these lyrics are offensive. She looked at me and said I didn't pick the song, so I told her I'll never pick this place again then I left immediately without paying.
