Make sure to tell them to go light on the ice for your drinks. They will fill the ice to the top, with little bit of soda. So you will pay for the large and end up getting a small (if that). so much so, that it's hard to put your straw in.

This Carl's Jr is always bussin , I always come late night and staff is great and polite and always add extra sauce highly recommended this franchise
Prices are more than mcdonalds. The front counter Latino guy was rude and didn't know much. Need better staff there. Better off going to a different restaurant.

The manager helped me to make my special order exactly how i wanted it. Very helpful and attentive staff. I believe her name was Flor. Would go again.
Honestly the manager whoever was at the window like come on if you so unhappy with your job get a NEW one not one hi or even the total of the order like you need to go. She said her name was dalia or Delia or whatever but her name was what she gave us but here's the back of her head since she wanted to be cool and ignore us HOSPITALITY where

Good service, at any restaurant, whether it be a family restaurant or fast food, is the exception rather than the rule. Unfortunately, this has been and continues to be, and will be, for a long time, a generation problem. Along with responsibility comes accountability. This seems to be a zeitgeist since the millennials arrived on the scene. But they did not inherit this sense of self entitlement. They were taught this by their parents. Why should the millennials and every generation there after be responsible and accountable when the gene pool enables self entitlement? I see no reason, or hold any hope, that this will change. After all, learning has no value if change is no longer necessary. As long as this sense of entitlement continues to permeate society, nothing will change.
