My burrito was great but overpriced. The service was good but one female employee after every ingredient would ask, "Anything else?" every single time in a way that felt rushed and off-putting. The music volume was waaaaaay too loud.

The food is good, but they are very tight with serving, you have to ask many times to get the right amount, then when you tell them to double your meat, you get 1and half. Never consistent. If I didn't like the food, I would not go back, a hassle everytime.

Service was great. When I came home, food was good when I ate the first 2 tacos, but my third tacos was kinda soggy so I had to use a fork. Guess what I found? I dead lady bug in my taco. Lost my appetite so I ended up throwing it away smh

Food is good. It's chipotle. Ordering on app is a waste of time. Every time I do it, I wait longer for my food than the people that would've been behind me in line had I just walked in and ordered. And I ordered like 10-15 before I got here. Don't waste time with ordering on app unless you order like 45 min ahead of time.

Everything was delicious and fresh this time. I wish a tortilla came with the bowl, but the bowl is pretty filling. It's nice that they don't charge extra for extra rice, not like Cafe Rio does. We had a great time enjoying their bowls.Vegetarian options: Love the grilled vegetables, rice, beans, salsas, salad, and guacamole. You can also order queso and chips. It hits the spot if you are vegetarian or vegan.

I do enjoy Chipotle, it's cost friendly, & the ease of ordering online & picking up your food is perfect if you are in a rush.However, when I picked up my food this time, the person behind the counter walked out from the back with gloves on, carrying a trashcan up to the front.They also used those same gloves to hand me my food.Bagged or not, if this person is willing to hand me my food with their trashcan gloves I can only image what else they're willing to do.

I come here pretty often. Usually no issues. There's been a few times where the customer service wasn't the best and their tables are usually not cleaned. Never good or bad enough to deserve a review. Until today. I ordered food a bowl and there's literally 5 pieces of meat in my bowl. The food tastes very bland today. I'm very disappointed.

They either don’t know how to cook chips or don’t care. Worst chips ever, sometimes to salty, rubbery, stale, old, never fresh……
