Very difficult to make reservations on line, had to call no problem. Reservations were for 745 took to long didn't get seated until 830. Waitress was polite and warned us the kitchen was backed up. How bad could it be 2 hours later before we got are food. Food was over cooked. Probably be awhile before I consider going back. Not worth the $200 +

Went out for Valentine's Day with my family. We were seated before our scheduled reservation. Orders were taken in a timely manner and food came out quickly. Service was great! Definitely using open table to reserve in the future.

It was the “I didn’t make this one for you so hopefully it’s right” & “Oh did they get your bill or just ignore you the whole time” comment from our female bartender/server in the glasses tonight - if you’re not having a good night or can’t manage the stressors of working in a restaurant environment, don’t take it out on your paying customers & maybe reconsider if a restaurant is the best place for you.

Upon coming in Today we were seated immediately by David I believe his name was, and my server Amanda was such a Doll! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were all excellent. Food was delicious, drinks were amazing, the virgin strawberry pina colada that Amanda recommended was amazing my daughter loved it. Steaks were great, appetizers delicious, and the cake for my baby was phenomenal. Thank u for the AMAZING service again Amanda you most definitely deserve a Raise beautiful

It took over 45mins for us to be seated. When we were once seated I expected to see an entirely full restaurant to capacity. But no instead the restaurant was half empty so I question why it took 45 minutes for us to be seated. Upon being seated we were greeted and placed our order. Unfortunately it took another 50 minutes, For 1 of our 3 dishes to arrive. Unfortunately this made for an awkward date with one us with having our plate infront of us while the other just sat there. Finally the fish and chips a fairly simple dish we placed as a starter arrived. Nothing memorable. But at least we could at least eat and not awkwardly stair at each other wondering where's the food. Upon that it took approximately another 20min for the jambalaya to arrive. By this time the waitress and another gentleman had approached us apologized for the delay and inconvenience. They also discount our plates and gave us the jambalaya for free. By that time we were done and ready to leave after waiting 3hr I nearly fell a sleep twice. My check in time was 6:11pm. I was given $48 in discounts 2 apologies but I might not be coming back the food wasn't memorable enough for me to return. We must have seen at least 13-17 parties leave this location essentially adding up to money walking out of the buisness. I left a $20 tip but honestly you guys deserved $0. I would have rather been charged my entire bill and left $0 in tip. 1hr wait time for food is not acceptable. I should be given a gift certificate for my generosity because your service sucked!
The Whiskey Burger we ordered was cooked properly and piping hot but it had no barbecue sauce as depicted in picture and menu. The Chicken Pot pie was no MarieCalendars but was good except very dry ...The drinks from the bar were adequate ,nothing that made t you say “Wow,this is really good” the waitress named Amanda was very polite and very attentive , at the end she was tied up by her manager ,over discussing some issue with her that kept her from maintaining her earlier attentiveness .....

I came in with a party of six last night. Unfortunately, my family arrived a bit late, so I had to push up my reservation by 30 minutes. A rare occasion for me, and yet the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They took care of us, our server was attentive, sweet, and very patient. Especially considering that I had children in the party. She was more than deserving of the tip that I had left her. She had regularly checked in on us, refilled the kids lemonades, checked on me for my cocktail. Brought us to go boxes when we needed, and checked us out. My steak was made to perfection. It is very rare that I order medium rare, and someone ACTUALLY gets me medium rare. I will be more than happy to return here with friends or family again.

Food is OK, service is below average, as our drinks were empty often, and never got butter after requesting 3 times. But the worst has to be how dirty carpet floor is unacceptable and gross, seating of cloth material isn't any better either.

My waitress seem to get mad when we asked her to clean the table before we sat down . There was salt everywhere. When I got my baked potato the chef recipe was in the sour cream. They actually made a ball and covered it with sour cream. I complained and nothing was done. They offered to pay for that plate only. I wanted that person to be immediately pulled off the floor for purposely placing a choking hazard in my food. They did nothing but have their security try to intimidate me

The Salmon dishes were delicious however my steak was overcooked and the baked potatoes were cold and a bit undercooked upon arrival. The server was amazing and was fast as well as polite. Overall, it was an alright experience but not worth the price of the bill.
