Quick treat before we got on the freeway to head back home from Palmdale. It was a hot day so it was a busy day, I appreciated the store was staffed accordingly- we were in and out! I had my usual coffee lovers and my boyfriend had something with rocky road!

I will never understand the hype of this place! I'm always disappointed. I've been to a few different locations and it always seems like the toppings are stale/rancid. I never leave a 31 disappointed or unsatisfied.

We arrived appropriately 20 minutes before closing and ordered ice cream and sat to eat it. We were almost finished when Isabelle told us that they were closing. Then Jason who later said his name was Jack told us that they were closed basically asking us to leave. We exited at 10:03 pm. We left embarrassed and confused especially after we had left a $10 tip on a $30 bill. I called the store to complain about the treatment and Jason told me that he was the day and night manager and his real name was Jack. No need to return.

I'm a little late on this, but PROPS to the young African American man that works there. I couldn't quite catch his name but it was a three letter name that began with a J and he had a tattoo on his right arm.He served me quick and had a positive attitude. He helped me and another female at one time. Employee of the month I say!Love this place and the employees! Will definitely come back soon!

0 people behind the counter during a fund raiser event and a line out the door. Terrible wait and horrible customer service. I understand staff shortages occur, but this is ridiculous.
