This is my second review, and I have moved the rating down due to the manager, and cook on the day I ordered and spent $123 for 2 people on takeout. Unfortunately, I did not receive the add ons to my Cast Away Combo. I understand this can happen sometimes, but when I called the restaurant, nobody knew what to do. They went and talked to the manager, who was also the cook that day and he said he would call me later when he had a moment. He did not. I put in two phone calls and never received the courtesy of a phone call back. At the very least, all I wanted was a refund for the money that I had spent on the add ons since they weren't added on. We live 45 minutes away and have a sick baby, so I couldn't go back. Shame on the manager! I waited two days before posting.

Decided to try out crab and spice for the first time the atmosphere was casual, clean and upbeat. You pay before you eat, which was clearly stated and posted. John was our server very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. Explain the menu and how to eat a crawfish as it was our first time ever indulging in, the crustacean, The flavors were full embodied and rich Cajun medium spiced. If you like spicy food, I recommend a medium level up one as it seemed more medium mild. Looking forward to another night out but this time with my guy in the near future as I know those beignets sounded good but we were too full to enjoy this time. Thank you for all your help. Be back soon.

I wish that I could give this place a negative. My husband and I visited this place hoping to enjoy the all you can eat seafood. We paid $120.43 UP FRONT as required. Both the food and the service was pathetic! Let's first talk about their rules. There are 2 types of all you can eat. If there is a party of 2 you both have to order the same all you can eat meal. For example if one in the party want all you can eat with the snow crab, you both have to order that. We should have walked out when we were told that! First order did not have all that was ordered. So the waiter apologized and said he was going to get the missing item. That took 15 minutes. Then when it was time to order again it took 40 minutes to get our food and guess what? It was cold as ice. Yes, we timed it because there is a notice on the menu that there is a 90 minute time limit for the all you can eat. When we called the manager to put him on notice of what was happening, he said don't worry about the time. It's like they play delay tactics so you do really get to eat all you can. It appears that they cater to the door dash orders. Never were we asked if everything was okay or if we wanted refills on our drinks. We had to flag several waiters to inquire about the delay. Just awful. We will not patronize this establishment ever again!!!

This place is great if you're craving a seafood boil, the food is great. The price is great. The service is great. It's worth every penny it's not overpriced. The ambience is great. They tend to get busy. I would definitely recommend being patient or putting yourself on the waitlist. Will definitely return!

Went on a date night this past Friday and had a wonderful time. I ordered one pound of the crab n spice shrimp, added corn with a side of Cajun fries! Highly recommend. It hit the spot. Whenever I'm craving seafood, this is the place.

We loved our first experience! Reasonable prices (it's freshly cooked seafood). Our waitress Misty made our experience even by! She was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Very hardworking during a Tuesday lunch hour to be able to handle the whole restaurant practically alone. The food was extremely delicious! We can't wait to go back! My only complaint is the smell in the bathroom...it may be a plumbing issue or just overloaded garbage can. Both times I went, the smell was really bad, I had to hold my breath.

Valentines Day.. we decided to place an order for pick up and miss the crowds.. we ordered a package that was supposed to have 1 lbs of shrimp peeled (we had a total of 10 shrimp) 1 lbs of crab legs..(2 small clusters) muscles (80% of them had shell close) 2 potatoes and corn and 2 lobster tails... it was a little over $100. There was 4 of us..2 being kids. It wasn't enough to make anyone full and I only ate a corn and a few muscles. I'm just beyond disappointed.. and have to now cook because everyone is still hungry.. and we aren't big people that need to eat a lot to be full.. on top.of that. I asked for lemons and bibs..and the plastic gloves. They were not in the bag. We won't be going back.

I got 1lb of shrimp with their crab n spice and lemon garlic sauce. It was a great combo if you are looking for something similar to Boiling Crab taste. Very flavorful!

Walked in and the tap to pay machine is down as usual and the environment was quiet. I expected more because I have been here numerous times and never has it been so quiet even when people are in restaurant. I came between 2p and 3p. Will try the crab n spice in Valencia and see if it’s better.

Recommend the snowcrab, mussels with the sausage and potatoes. We also had the kids chicken wings with fries, surprisingly good. something I didn't expect as they give you the sauce on the side. Staff was nice. If you are looking for a seafood boil, this is the spot. A bit pricey but worth it. This place has been my go to for cajun seafood boil.
