Went inside and from the start the lady had nasty attitude Wanted a coffee but she charges 15 cents per creamer like what?!!! Shouldn't that be included with my coffee There's also a 75 cents charge to use your card. It was my first time there and it will be my last time I ever go in there. Rather go to Kripy Kreme at that point where their Customer service is way better

A real Palmdale Mom & Pop shop with excellent tasting doughnuts. I only go here vs KK 25 yards away since the Pastries's are so much better here. Don't expect a lot of special customer service chit chat from this very hard working older couple who put their love instead into making a quality product .

My fav donut spot in the AV. All their donuts are good. They also have bomb sandwiches. Breakfast or lunch, and they're good sized portions.

Horrible customer service from the older lady. Chocolate Dounuts not fresh but the glazed donuts were. I told the lady that I wanted the newer ones and she gave me attitude

I came here this morning, first time, to get a breakfast sandwich. My wife and I are still new in the area and want to visit small shops and try to avoid chains stores. I stopped by to get their breakfast sandwich, the #1 & #5. The croissant looked and visually tasteful; it was not actually tasty. However, after consuming we looked at each other and did not feel. We were both sick and had symptoms of food poisoning. We will not visit this place again.

Went to grab some donuts. I got 2 - dozen donuts and a few extra donut holes and my total was $42!! Donuts weren't amazing and I won't be going back for that price.

My favorite doughnut shop in Palmdale. The owner is super nice and friendly. The doughnuts are so good. I had the Bavarian cream and always grab a few extras. The sugar doughnuts are crispy and sweet on outside and soft inside. Love this place!!!

All the reviews giving 1 star for rude customer service sound soft . She seems to be a true Asian woman , takes no bs or dumbassery . Av people also aren't the easiest to deal with . But I've gone a few times , I love the breakfast croissants. Donuts never disappoint. If your donut is on the harder side throw it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds .

Someone recommended this place for good sandwiches so I went to check it out, was greeted with a "what the hell do you want attitude" The lady behind the counter was short in response and not courteous, when I placed my order she informed me rudely that they did not have what I was asking for, when I requested an alternate item she said I can only get it in a large size instead of small, she was possibly judging me based off appearance because another customer entered shortly after I placed my order who was of Caucasian descent and they were treated in a more welcoming manner, after trying my sandwich it was just OK nothing special or great, I will never return to this establishment again.
