Had the beer battered fish tacos. They where better than the last couple times I ordered them from other locations. It was a nice change. Order was ready promptly and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely be returning to this location next time I'm in the neighborhood.Anytime! Person at drive thru was not that attentive we got our order and looked throw our bag notice she forgot a item and wouldn't pay attention to us even tho we were waving at her finally comes and we let her know first response is denying we order that item as she looks at order she sees we pay for it she did apologize but customer service should be more polite in the way they speak to customer not denying/ in a way calling a customer a lier at least that's how I felt at that moment over all food was great should put more ppl at drive thru cuz it took a min to get someone attention to get our item we ordered after getting most of order at least have a employee near window at all times in case a customer is there it could help speed things up when someone pulls up

I usually come here and have no complaints BUT today whoever was working the overcom did not understand anything when I was ordering, I had to repeat myself multiple times and then when I got home this is how my food was and cold. I wish I could get my money back.

I order two simple tacos for my kids and they wanted two more so I get to the window and asked for two more the cashier said “ but you no order speaker! I asked her if I can add them please she said ok! Then the cook said all loud NO!! ORDER SPEAKER! How rude is that. I ended up trowing the tacos in the trash I could see the cook spitting on them she was upset I added two more tacos at the window. This is so sad I don’t understand why was this so complicated I just wanted to add two more tacos NOT A HUNDRED. This location forgets they that employees work there to make food when it needs to be made and Not whenever they want to make it. Today is Tuesday, March 13 2:10pm. Bad costumer service! It's difficult to hear in the drive thru and they get moody when you can't understand what's being said. Other than that, it's super helpful that they're open 24hrs for people like me who get home in the late late night.

They left items out of my drive thru order. When I went back to get them the attendant claimed I hadn't ordered that. I said I did but she insisted that I hadn't. Just rude and I'm switching to Taco Bell.
The place was clean and the ladies were nice. its what anyone should expect when they visist a fast food restaurant when they want to eat out. 4 stars because they didn't have all the ingredients and had to substitute at least one of them.

the worst food trust me jack in the box has its work cut out for them it's going to be a hard turn around..good luck jack !!! because they sure can screw up a hamburger your going to need to start at the bottom and work your way up besides why did you guys want to buy del taco did you guys really think this through ???
