Would give zero stars since I wasn’t even able to get any food. My boyfriend took me here to surprise me since I get cravings for sauerkraut. It was a Sunday afternoon and while there were some customers, there was only about 4 tables with people so from a former servers standpoint, dead. The woman that worked there immediately acknowledged us to tell us very rudely that it was going to be a couple of minutes. I was still looking the menu over so other than her attitude I was fine with it. 6 minutes pass I’ve already decided what I want and a man walks in behind us that was apparently a grub hub driver grabbing a order for delivery. The woman IGNORES us and starts handling the order for the man BEHIND us….fine, because my wonderful boyfriend tried to surprise me with something I would love I decided to stick it out one more time. She finishes the to go order, then she grabs a couple of dirty plates and goes to the end of the counter and starts very slowly scraping the food off into the garbage can with a spoon with zero acknowledgment to us. (I’ve been a server, when you pre bus a table and have new customers waiting you set the dirty dishes by the garbage can, wash your hands and help the customers) It’s been 9 minutes at this point and glaringly obvious to not only us but everyone else in the restaurant that already looked angry at this woman, she’s not planning on serving us…AT ALL. We finally walked out totally defeated and hungry. We took our business to Habit down the street and were blown away by the difference in hospitality and were so happy we left a tip. We will not be coming back.

Got "The Fonz", seemed like it may have sat for a bit as the cheese on top was already cooled and set as a solid piece. Chili cheese tots were good.Sat at the bar, the seats are a little close to each other for me as a bigger guy.

When you crave a great hot dog this is the place to go. I order the Reservoir Dog because it's their chilli dog and it's delicious! Just the right spicyness along with the sweetness of Hawaiian bread bun. Love this place. Just wish the service was quicker.

I'm giving this review as I still wait for our order. My wife and I each ordered one hot dog, and we've been waiting well over 45 minutes for our order to arrive. I don't even care about how they will taste, I just want to go home. We were excited to eat here but our mood was totally killed. The employees didn't seem to be in any rush and never came to check on us or apologize for the excessive wait. This also happened at the counter when we came in before ordering. We weren't even sure if we were supposed to order at the counter since nobody greeted us or acknowledged us for a long while. Side note: the table we sat at feels sticky all over, and there are two hand sanitizing dispensers inside, but they are both empty. Everything in here feels neglected, including the customers apparently. Will not be returning at all and I recommend you go somewhere else if you are in the mood for a hot dog.

..do not come here and waste your money ..unless you come in the morning .when things are fresh and most workers are feeling fresh ..they had a change in management but seems like they made some bad choices

I will say the lack of professionalism here was astounding. I was just taken back by the amount of yell one employee was doing. I order my food at 8:48 and didn’t receive my order until 9:13. I am not one to make an uproar at a food place because of the food but my food didn’t come out hot it came out warm. Just overall a very disappointing experience. And the manager got into a verbal altercation with an Uber driver. The Uber driver was also upset she was waiting a very long time for the food as well as another table complained. I understand she was training new people but I don’t think that was the way to handle it by yelling at the Uber driver who was expressing frustration. The table behind me also complained and she gave them an attitude for saying something.
