This pollo loco has been my spot for years. They weren't great, but recently, they have been the best in the entire AV. Kept clean, and the atmosphere inside is what you want at every establishment.

Was there to pick up an order, just make sure before you leave that you have everything in the bag that you ordered.Dietary restrictions: Health consciously prepared.Parking: There's plenty of spots in the closed off area, but you can always park in the plaza parking, you just have to walk a little bit.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in there with a wheelchair but as with most places you need to go there with someone to hold the door.
I had such a wonderful experience today at Pollo Loco in palmdale. The staff was very friendly and service was fast. Food was great. Angie and Marcos were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this Pollo Loco.

The restaurant was filthy. Dirty tables, dirty floors. Very few customers and plenty of staff to clean up. Food was fine, but we had placed and paid for this order 3 days earlier. Was supposed to be ready at 3:30 pm. We got there 5 minutes early and our order wasn't even started. We did not get the order until 3:50 pm.Would not go back to this Pollo Loco.
