I did speak to someone in solutions department and they gave me a 20.00 coupon toward my next purchase which does not cover the complete order and 10.00 coupon I used but whatever, I'm not going hard for a higher coupon (not worth it). Stay away from this location! I look forward to going to better locations when I'm ready: Google Review: I cannot believe that after coming to this location using my rewards 6 to 7 times a month for the past five months and spending hundreds of dollars while also giving them 5 star reviews everywhere and telling everyone to come to this location, I was beyond disrespected last night with my order by a nasty lady with glasses who had the nerve to catch an attitude when she got my order wrong! (Got my order wrong TWICE) I ordered 2 salads, 1double chicken with extra tomato, light beans and 1 classic chicken with no tomato. It was not busy at all. I left with my order and while sitting in busy traffic noticed the double had no tomato and no avocado (comes with avocado) and the classic had tomato ( the correct way I ordered it was on the receipt). I drive all the way back in the cold so they can fix it. The cashier checked the salads and the receipt and agreed with me ( cashier was apologetic and nice) but the minute he showed the lady making the food that she made a mistake, she snapped at him! She raised her voice trying to say the order was right and the poor cashier was hesitant to even say anything, he looked scared to even tell her anything! She slammed avocado on my double salad and refused to remake it even though I told them my salad was now cold from sitting in traffic and having to drive back , then I had to demand that she remake the classic since my husband can't have tomato or any tomato seeds, so she remade it slamming stuff and rolling her eyes still trying to tell the cashier she made it right and that it was me who read the receipt wrong like I don't know what I ordered. I should've checked the food after that but she was so rude I just wanted to leave. We get home and there's no rice in the classic (comes with rice) barely any cheese or beans like she made it as if every ingredient was coming out of her paycheck and the avocado she slammed down in my double was practically all black and brown! Not even fresh and with no extra tomato. I feel so bad for the cashier and the team having to work with that lady! The staff can't even approach her, No customer service skills at all even though I'm always polite to them and they see me several times a month. If this is how you treat regulars I can't imagine how she treats first timers. It was just 2 salads that when you order on the kiosk or app has a huge button that says CUSTOMIZE... not "customize depending on the cook's attitude" she was disrespectful for absolutely no reason! She could've apologized and remade the food correctly with a grateful attitude that she even has a job or just quit if she doesn't like her job. I would say be sure to check your food but most importantly avoid this location! Do not eat here. I'm getting a full refund since we didn't eat the food OR get what we PAID for and I'm complaining about her nasty attitude and lack of accountability to corporate. Because of already know I'll get an auto response for the owner "sorry about your experience, we'll share this with the team" and nothing will actually be done. I have pictures of everything to show corporate and We will never eat here ever again! I will tell everyone to avoid this location! The audacity!!! I recommend going to ANY OTHER location (there's a few close by).

The food is good I think it needs more flavor but its good churros are must have chicken is good burritos are good great deals

I’ve literally NEVER had a bad experience at any location but this location is my favorite because not only are all the staff nice but I love how they give you recommendations and their opinions of the food. Everything is ALWAYS fresh! My family loves coming here! One time my app wasn’t working and the manager came out to help me. Thank you for your hard work, quality care and great food! I appreciate little things like how they wrap up my side of beans in a plastic bag so it doesn’t spill and give me all the sauces I want lol. I recommend trying everything! The tostada salads are good, I get flour tortillas on the side to go with my salad, the tacos are definitely better than Taco Bell lol (we still like Taco Bell too but pollo loco is more authentic) the quesadillas are SO CHEESY and right now they have pork carnitas items!
