We had our mother's celebration of life at Gino's. It was great and I would recommend. Food was delicious and staff were great.

My wife has been going to Gino's since she was eight years old (mostly the recently closed east lancaster location). I have been going myself since 2006. It has always been our Italian food of choice. Since the east Lancaster location closed, we have been experimenting with the other locations to satisfy our Ginos cravings. Tonight, my wife and I took our two and four year old to the Palmdale location for dinner. We walked in just before a large group. The hostess was nowhere to be found, so we all patiently waited, awkwardly crammed together in the front. Eventually another worker noticed all of us and sent the hostess out. She sat my family and told us our server would be right with us. We asked her if she would please bring us a high chair and she said she would. A minute or two later, she sat the large group that was behind us. We browsed the menu for a while...... entertained the kids....... Waited...... had a few conversations........ watched the server bring the large group water........ watched them drink their water....... We entertained the children more..... All while still holding my daughter in my lap..... No server to be found, and no high chair........ We watched the large group place their orders........ we talked more...... I made eye contact with a server a couple of times..... Thinking for sure that was going to be enough to get her to either stop by, realize she forgot us, stop ignoring us, or send the person who was supposed to be serving us. I then watched her bring a bill to the couple at the table next to us...... The one of only a few other occupied tables other than the large group that came in behind us........ After about 25 minutes of holding my 2 year old daughter, Still no high chair, Still no water, Still no server at our table at all..... At that point, my four year old son looked at me and asked "Daddy, do they have to cook the water before they bring it to us?" I couldn't help but laugh a little..... I realized I didn't know how to explain what was happening to him.... Or even to myself..... I couldn't justify why they hadn't brought us water for that long, long enough for a four year old to notice something was wrong...... My wife and I talked about it, and we gave it another five minutes. My wife asked if I thought maybe they were doing it on purpose for some reason..... I couldn't imagine why they would...... But I couldn't imagine how they could have missed us that long, with that few other customers there...... So, we finally gave up. We packed up the kids. Folded up the menus and headed out. They watched us walk out (likely for the last time, sadly) and they didn't say a word to us. Terrible... It's sad to see such a once great business in such a downward slide. I have never in my life walked out of a restaurant. I hope they get it together.

Great food. Classy, just how I remembered it. The service was friendly and efficient! I think the first time i came to Gino's was in 2004!? Woah!!

I picked up some food from here the other night. The food tasted fine and the portions were large but it made my boyfriend sick. I had the spaghetti bolognese and I was fine but my boyfriend got food poisoning from the chicken parm.

De Ann was off tonight, and I miss her, but Kristin, the other half of Team Awesome, took care of me. Gino's, please, please keep these two beautiful people happy and behind the bar. I pray management realizes what gems they have in these two. Kristin is on top of her game with the old fashioned charm (see what I did there) and De Ann makes everyone feel as if they're part of the family. And then there's Olman . Keep your crew happy. Pay them well. Keep them on staff and let their light shine!!!

We ordered the pizza with everything on it. It was delicious! The antipasto salad was fantastic, probably the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is pleasant with that ole Tuscany vibe. I must add that our 2 pizzas and 1 salad cost $98.00!!!

I wouldn't return or recommend it. I recently went with two of my friends and we all got pasta. It wasn't the best. I've tasted and cooked better pastas. Our plates came with garlic bread, and we never received more of it. The garlic bread they serve while you're waiting was not good. It was too toasty that every bit you take, there's just so much crumbs from it. The female server was great, but when we ordered dessert, it was not so great. Not the server but the dessert. First, I asked if the cheesecake was freshly made, and she said no, it was bought. So we went with the creme burlee and it tasted like fish. So we returned it and got an unfreshly made limecello cake, but it was better than the creme burlee. Service was great, but unfortunately, not the food. Good background Italian music, though, oh and don't sit by the restrooms. Unfortunately, you can smell if someone takes a dump. Horrible.

Ordered take out based on the good reviews;however, they forgot to pack my main dish… dinner of breadsticks and side dish of plain Alfredo pasta. Meh.

Food is amazing, try their lasagna and garlic bread. One of my favorites is blackened shrimp pasta, it is yummy. Their pizza w/everything is the bomb, as well as the veggie pizza. And Beyoncé is great, with a full bar and a separate area for a bar customers to enjoy their evening. They have a back area where a lot of children go so if you're looking for a quiet, yet fun, atmosphere, go to Gino's and Palmdale.

My family has been eating at Gino's for decades! I moved away and recently came home to visit. Of course the first thing I want to do is visit Gino's! So I went with my family for lunch today, 2/17/24 at 12pm. Our waitress was great. The food was good. Unfortunately, one waitress who was the server for the table behind us, ruined the experience. Suddenly in the middle of lunch the waitress yells "use your words" speaking to a young lady at the table behind us. The waitress went on and on and on about her rant to the family. She was loud. Unprofessional. And such a bad look for the establishment with how she was dressed, how she carried herself, and especially with her bull hook looking nose ring (septum piercing). Further more, the ambiance has really gone down hill. The wine has gone down hill too, they used to have such a fine collection of wine to buy from. The women's bathroom looked pretty rough. So sad. This used to be the place to go back in the day. I guess as the Antelope Valley continues to go down hill, so goes some of the best restaurants with it. It's all really too bad. Save your time and visit the Gino's in Lancaster. Sincerely, A very disappointed loyal Gino's customer.

Very good food. Very honest staff. I forgot my cellphone with credit card and drivers license in it. They gave it back to me the next day. I am very thankful for that. God bless you ?

Nice change of pace for lunch. Love the smaller lunch size portions of some of my favorite dishes. I did notice that the wait staff kept referring to the women in the restaurant as lovelies. It's not a bad thing, just different from the last time I was there. The Salmon Piccata is delicious!
