One star for convenience to my house. And another for the drinks being decent. But other than that I'm shocked this place is still open. The staff are rude. Yes. They work slowly. Yes. Unorganized with drinks. Yes. The cups I personally think change the taste and quality of the drink so unfortunate Jamba or this Jamba went with these cups. Don't plan on visiting here often now that I've seen it in action.

This is my local Jamba Juice, and I come here for a Greens and Ginger smoothie every so often. I always order ahead on the mobile app and my drink is always ready when I arrive. Order has always been correct and tastes great. I had a minor issue with the mobile app once and the manager was very helpful and accommodating. The rest of the staff is efficient, however- not overly friendly/customer service-oriented. Would be nice to see more smiles and hear more welcoming/thank yous, but I do enjoy the smoothies and being able to use the mobile app.

Drinks are good, attitude from the workers are not. Rude, gave us the wrong drink sizes. Really didn't feel like bothering her asking her to remake them. Rather leave as quick as possible.

This location is a "Hit or Miss!" I walked in around 3:00pm, it was not busy two people ahead of me! I walked in stood at the counter and NO STAFF person acknowledged me! I said hello to a customer and her daughter! Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and "nothing!" Both employees were busy, I get it! To stand there, me looking at them, then staring and "NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT!" Then there was another employee who walked out from the back...she went to the sink and started washing! So I turned around a walked out! I could have given them a few choice words....NO I LET IT GO! This location is consistently short staffed, the longest I waited was 30 minutes to 2 drinks! The lack of acknowledgment, clearly stated they did not want my money! it will be awhile before I return to this location! Oh yes, I did get my medium Greens & Ginger via the Vacaville location!!
This place is currently hiring! When it comes to places like this most of the time it's the same experience and the product is pretty easily duplicated. I got the apples and greens smoothie with a zinc shot. It was great although not everything was blended. The staff seemed like they were playing catch up to open and get the day started even though it was 11:00am and that could be due to understaffing. The customer service was fine. The location is good plenty of parking. Store was clean.

This store used to be nice and clean. Now it's so dirty. I'm not sure what happened there. I got an acai bowl, and it was good. But I need to see that the place is kept up and clean. Hmm not sure if I'll be back anytime soon.

Just spent 35 mins waiting for my drink when an Uber eats person walked up asking about an order and the employee went to make that drink. I get it's short staffed but Starbucks won't take online orders if they are short. The staff was friendly and very apologetic when I asked for a refund. Of course I didn't get a receipt, so I'll probably be out $10 (Large PB and honey protein shake). I'd recommend anyone going here ask how long it'll be because when I walked in there were a couple of people but several online orders that backed them up.

She was super friendly and super great smile. I really appreciate great customer service and today's experience was no exception. Thank you so much for the great mango a Go-Go. I find it interesting that management would have 1 employee working during lunch hour!?? 2 people in front of me when I walked in, 4 more people came in after me. I was patient and understood that the girl working was by herself. But why she decided to make the order for the guy behind me first, just baffles me!? During this time, a supervisor walks out of the back and starts talking to the employee who is trying to get the orders out. No sense of urgency from the supervisor, she didn't care that there was a lobby full of customers. I ordered a Large Plant Based Pumkin Smash, what I got looked like they made a medium drink and put it in a large cup. Also, the lights were turned off inside and the chairs were on the tables like they were closed. They had a sign by the register stating they were out of certain ingredients. Sounds like management could care less if this location stays open or not.
