First time I ordered menudo from here it was delicious, a few weeks later I ordered menudo again and it was horrible. There was soo much fat on the tripe that it gave me an upset stomach. I will not be ordering menudo from there again.

I tried getting the special but Maritza said the asada doesn't count on the special but I got a torta and the paper they have said special and tortas are included and she didn't want to give it to me at all. RUDE

Construction inside the restaurant during normal business hours is crazy. Went with my husband & sleeping 4 month old to have a decent meal & get away from the house for a little bit. Well the guy is inside drilling away & what he's doing isn't urgent & could have waited until after business hours. Baby woke up & was being a trooper. The noise was so loud we had to leave cause the baby was crying. We asked for the food to go & there was no apology from the staff or even a sense of urgency. Mind you we ordered a pozole & menudo which is already made. I scooted off the bench, as I was scrambling to get our stuff I fell. Staff just looked at me. Didn't bother to help & only asked if I was okay so they can ask if I wanted the rest of my chips & salsa to go. It was so embarrassing. I hurt my tailbone. No apology no sympathy from the staff for the baby or myself. Never coming here again. This was our first & last time dining at this establishment. Super disappointed as we never dine out anymore cause of our baby.

The rice tasted worse than boxed old El Paso rice. It was so bland and just tasted super canned. They have a big sign that says "no refund on incorrect items" so I'm assuming this happens often. Service was terrible. Very rude & will talk in Spanish assuming you don't know what they're saying, saying terrible rude inappropriate things. it also took over 20mins to make 2 tacos and put rice in a container. And I was the only one there. bathroom smell is horrendous.

Wednesday Pupusa Specials are awesome! Tuesday Taco Specials so good! ? Definitely recommend ordering ahead as it usually takes 25 min. +. Overall, food and aguas are always fresh and delicious, the ladies are always so helpful and patient. The dessert menu is ALWAYS on point! Great job ?

Hole in the wall.....our food was Outstanding. We had the chicken platter, birria tacos, pupusas combo, Carne asada burrito, some churros.....and those tortillas....Wow! Food for 2 days....Thanks!!!

I love Mama’s Kitchen! The food is made fresh to order and you can tell they cook with love. My favorite were the pupusas and birria queso tacos which come with a free consomé! Every birria place I’ve been to charge for the consomé so I thought that was great. The prices reflect the quality of the food.
