This place is cheating. I was here a few times and they kept fooling us around with inconsistent price for a few items. Not going back because of their dishonesty and business ethics issue. Staff also lack of training.

How unfortunate it is to arrive and be disappointed so briskly. I tried to experience and leave with a optimistic review but not tonight. Yelp and google should communicate a bit better, Yelp states they close at 10 and Google at 9. Who do we trust?? We arrived at 9:30 and doors were closed. Maybe next time the owner or someone authorized in the Yelp account should update the hours.

Only come to this location if you want to be skimped out on your portions. Got a large and they didn’t fill it up all the way, the ice cream scoops are even worse & also check your receipts because they overcharge you as well

I came in for the first time expecting to get some delicious ice cream which we got to scoop some corn a large cup came out to being pretty pricey, which I thought I was going to be satisfied until we got to the point of paying for our ice cream and corn . Once I got to pay with my card, transaction went through and was approved money was taken immediately out of my account. The lady told me that I had to re-swipe my card because the transaction didn't go through on her screen which was not my problem because it our money was pending and taken out of my account. I told her I was not going to pay again which they asked me to do and if I was charge double to come back in to three days to basically get a refund of my money back or high kept calm the hole time they ended up, taking our ice cream back, giving me money out of their register and refuse service. They spoke nothing but Spanish to each other after talking to the general manager over the phone she was telling me that I was yelling at her employees, which I wasn't I am a business owner as well. I always get my way and stay respectful to others at all time they were completely unprofessional prejudice at that do too I was black me and my fiancé were very upset because they were now giving us money back after saying that we did not pay but the money was taken out of my account. Obviously they are d*** as f**** Why would you give me money back at that cash if you kept saying that I did not pay and that that my money wasn't gonna go through sweetheart. I swiped my card now it is pending if anyone knows that if you go to a restaurant and you swipe your card it's going to be a pending transaction until 2-3 days later it will clear through in the company restaurant etc. will receive their money I believe these people are just d**** Why would you give me cash out your register if I had a pending transaction in my money I was already taken out of my account we left very upset that the fact that we could not even get what we came to order to support a business. Obviously it wasn't meant to be obviously now reading all the other reviews at this place is disgusting and nasty. Please people pay attention to these reviews people do not lie no need to peoples actions in the way that they are speak for itself don't support this business !!! Trust believe I will never return to this location if I had an option to give them a zero review, they will have a zero star for customer service and cleanliness. And I provided a photo

I've been a customer for years ever since they opened up in the valley. It's the 3rd time that I get a mangoneada and it's not the same anymore. The pieces of mango are frozen or canned but it's not fresh mango anymore. The guava ice cream has so many seeds. I went tonight. Got 2 medium 1 small and 1 large mangoneada for $40 and my cup wasn't even to the top. So disappointed. My family and I decided not to go anymore. I'll be making my own ice cream at home for cheaper than that.

I stopped here after visiting the Blackbird Skypark in Palmdale, and it was great. I'm new to paleterias, but wish I lived nearer to this one. I picked up a mangonada and some esquites, and enjoyed both.

Always love coming to Michoacana. Line can get pretty crazy during busy days and rush hours. But if you don’t mind the wait, you’ll be leaving happy with something bomb in hand. Their Cookie Monster ice cream is my favorite. The have it in scoops and in a paleta. The elote here is fire as well. With mangonadas starting at $8, Fresca con creama running you $9 and elote $5 be prepared to spend at least $20 if you want a few different tings’.
